Office staff Harolin & Taryn are friendly, and informative and explained everything so well. Love the community and my apartment. Only wish they could do simple upgrades like the cabinets, and wall color. This is a great location and I love that is a smaller community.

It's been 5 months now, and I'm so pleased to say this is truly an amazing place to live. The staff is more than helpful, the residents keep to themselves, and an issues are handled immediately. I would recommend it over and over.

After a year of living here at The Bennett of Baytown I can say it’s one of my best experiences dealing with apartments. The staff is nice and understanding. Very quiet complex to live at.

I have had crack in my master bath tub since October 2021 the office manager failed to follow up with unless I contact her, someone finally came out in February to "fix" the crack however this did not fix the problem I email the office manager and never got a response I had to visit the office to get an update - this office has poor customer service. I have been without my master bath tub going on 5 months

The Bennett Baytown is a wonderful place to live, even with children and pets. Everyone is so friendly, it's very clean and office staff and maintenance staff are on point when there are issues. I love living here.

Everyone in the office is polite and helpful, maintenance guys are friendly and are very tentative, and the noise level is very low! Has a great area to walk your pets and is well lit up at night. Safety is not a concern at all!!!

I've lived here since 2018 and have gone through two sets of management. I must say that since the property split in half and became the Bennett Baytown, things have thoroughly improved. Amanda, the property manager, and Linda are the friendliest and most proactive bunch this property has had. They have been going above and beyond for us residents, especially now due to the pandemic. Maintenance is efficient and the property is well kept... It’s quiet! I love the new plans that Amanda has for this property and cannot wait to see.

Since The Bennett Baytown took over I have seen a he difference. The communication with the office staff is great! Amanda, the community manager, goes above and beyond for us as residents. She is a hands on director and gets things done. I love my apartment and my neighbors. The views from the balcony are beautiful, especially at night. The pool at the center brightens the night. I havent been this content in an apartment in a very long time.

Ladies working phase 1 front desk are very RUDE! Awful communication and costumer service ????????
This place is on the lower end of the cost spectrum of the decent apartments in Baytown, however, what you pay for is what you get. The staff is incompetent, I have had to pay several late fees because my rent check was "lost", as in it was sitting in the pile with the other payments that had not been ran through the counter. Also the staff is rude while giving you incomplete answers. Prices increase even though the facilities do not improve. Pool is closed and the "ponds" look like overgrown swamps. There is an insect problem. Yes, they will call in the pest control free of charge, but I have never lived somewhere that this had to happen on a month by month basis. I am not a dirty resident either, so it is not my cleanlyness that is leading to this issue. Also my room had an obvious leak in the cieling as there is a water spot that would build up when it rained for several months before anybody ever addressed it. The materials in the apartment are cheap. The sink fixture and the kitchen sink have all built up rust and other deposits, despite being regularly cleaned and I do not let stuff sitting around in them. Several other residents I have talked to have had the same issues I have, in other buildings. So it is not just a one off experience. The maintenance guys are nice and helpful though.
I have been able to call The Lynn home for 6 months and so far it has been nothing but a great experience. The apartments are very spacious. The complex itself is very quiet, clean and well maintained and it makes me feel very safe living here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If and when maintenance is needed they respond quickly. I would definitely recommend The Lynn to others.
Decent apartment, kind of small, safe neighborhood, not a good gym, office staff nice
I love the fact that we have a nice pond. The apartments are really nice with black appliances and granite countertops. The landscape looks good year round they always have people fixing it and they have automatic sprinkles so they get watered all year. All in all a very nice apartment complex. I haven't had any noise complaints yet and I've lived here for 8 months now. It's pretty quite for the most part and I love that they have benches and gazebos all around the complex. That's the apartment in a nutshell
Thise is the perfect place if you like to walk to the nearest grocery store, fast food/restaurant and alot of other businesses. Unlike other apartments in the area, these are a few years old and nicely built. Well maintained environment and the staff is the best.
