Good overall, just wish the valet garbage pickup didn’t only take 1 small bag only. If it did, I wish we knew that before paying monthly for this service that is very difficult to cancel.

Overall my experience has been good since living here. It was a little rocky start I will say with our apartment not being ready on move in day. I do think the apartment helped us the best they could with fixing the problem and working double time to get the apartment done for us.

Best place to live with dogs. There's a dog park attached, super safe to walk at night, and most people have pets! Also there's an app to open the front door from your phone! Super convenient for guests!

I love the amenities the Batch Yard offers. The property management team is very efficient and nice. One thing I recommend improving on is fixing the windows to help reduce noise and providing better shades especially in the bedroom to reduce street light visibility in the apartment.

So far, so good!! I am a new tenant to The Batch Yard, so this is more of a reflection of the leasing process. Shout out to Jonathan, who went above and beyond to convince me that this facility is the perfect place to begin a life in the Boston area. Jon was exceptionally responsive and was willing to work around my busy schedule over the summer. He sent pictures and videos and was willing to jump on Facetime to show me the ins and outs of the units available. When I finally drove up to see the property, Jon arranged for his colleague Morgan to assist me in his absence, and she was spectacular! The entire process was cohesive and seamless. They really worked as a team. I can tell they really enjoy the property and one another, and that is huge in a place to live. Jon's hospitality (and that of the entire leasing office - Morgan, Victoria, etc.), the beautiful facility, and the great price made The Batch Yard an easy sell. 10/10. I highly recommend it so far.

The apartments are great and in a perfect spot to get to the city. The pool could be open longer and maybe some upgrades in the gym but overall good!

Staying here has been okay, but I complained about upgrading the gym equipments and it seems like nothing will ever be done. They keep asking to fill this forms What then is the point if no changes?

Overall I have enjoyed living here. One area of improvement would be in the winter when there is an expected snow storm there is no prep work done to salt the roads leading in to the complex or the garages. I'm a healthcare worker and have to go to work regardless so it would be nice not to almost get my car stuck just getting out of the garage.

Love the management team. Unfortunately problems with noise have started this past year with the trash coming at all hours of the night. This doesn’t affect everyone in the building, but those of us on the side that it is picked up on, it is highly irritating. Staff is trying to remedy it and they are all wonderful!

It's a nice community with very good amenities and extremely close to public transport. One thing I've noted is that some of the built quality is sometimes a little off but that's if you are being picky. Overall I love it here.

The apartments and amenities themselves are nice. Some of the staff is helpful but most of the time issues aren’t resolved. The police come often to deal with residents. Someone died in the parking garage and higher management gave no answers and acted like it was not a big deal. They call it luxury living but it’s not that at all.

Management is very supportive and responsive when needed. Facilities are neat and clean as well. Very appreciative of the measures taken to enhance security too. Have lived here 5 months now and have certainly had a 5 star experience. Keep it up!

Excellent Amenities, Great customer service and 10/10 recommend for young professionals/students - Batch yard is built in the Charleston Chew factory building and has a rustic/industrial aesthetic which makes loft style living a reality

Just moved to the east coast and this complex feels like home! A pool and a gym with places to hang. Convenient location for a bus stop and right next to the new casino!
