The building amenities are what really set this place apart. The gym is well-equipped, the pool area is a perfect oasis in the summer, and the common areas are always spotless. The package locker system is also a huge convenience.

Just moved in on 08/23 and everyone has been very accommodating! Love my new home and the MANY amenities it has! The move in process was very simple and the conceive, Don, was extremely helpful and patient with the many questions I had for him.

The facilities are very convenient and the staff are friendly! However, the network seems not very smooth. Sometimes I can't connect to Wi-Fi at night, perhaps because there are too many people connected. Anyway, my stay experience is pleasant!

Everything here feels absolutely wonderful and goes so smoothly. The staff are not just professional but also incredibly warm—they’re quick to help with any little question and always greet you with a smile. The apartment is a joy too: it’s spotlessly clean, with plenty of space to move around, and even has nice little touches that make it feel cozy. I had a smooth move in. Though my initial move in date was changed they were quick enough to give me a solution by providing a temporary accommodation on a short notice. And the staffs are very nice, immediatly responding to any question that I had and any request I posted. The maintainance immediatly responded to all the repairs. I'm a new resident, so I haven't had a chance to fully experience all aspects of living at the Bartlett, but so far the concierge staff has been super friendly and helpful. The amenities are very impressive and well kept. I love the gym facility. The grill area is a great place to sit with a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board with my boyfriend. The view from the pool deck is also incredible! My two complaints are 1) The placement of the key fob "swiper" in the elevator. It's so low it's very annoying to bend down to scan so you can get to your floor, especially when you're carrying groceries/heavy bags. I also don't love that the apartment doors automatically lock, rather than having to use the fob to lock and unlock the apartment, so have to be 100% sure you have your fob/keys before you leave the apartment. Overall, though I'm excited to explore the neighborhood, have the opportunity to meet some of the residents, and continue to take advantage of the amenities.

It's been suitable for the last few years. But maintenance has been decreasing since last year, the TV at the gym is not working, and the TV on the 16th floor, the remote control is always blocked, so you can't use it

Love this building! I have been living here for 3 years now and just moved into a bigger unit which ended up being less money than what we were going to pay in our apartment that we lived in for 3 years. It was a no brainer but we love the building and knew we wanted to stay.

While the amenities are great and maintenance is super quick and effective, the WiFi that we are forced to used has been very unreliable lately. We frequently have to turn it off and use data instead. When we first toured, we were told we could bring our own internet. This turned out not to be the case. Even after bringing up our issues with management, we are still paying for bad WiFi.

Great amenities and Alana, a new addition to the staff, has been very helpful! Some people are irresponsible pet owners here and let their dogs pee inside the building. Elevators are also out sometimes or slow because reserved for loading doc.

I like the gym. Elevators are too slow. They should open the stairwell access to allow people with fobs to walk to the garage instead of having to wait for the elevators. Maintenance also needs to wait after knocking instead of barging in. My request to the front desk to fix the pizza oven back fire 3 months ago months ago was ignored and there’s been no follow up from maintenance.

The location and the staff make this place great. The gym is great, it is walking distance to all major employment centers, and everything you need is within a 5-10 minute walk away. If you can only choose one person to work with, Darien is your guy. Completely polite, professional, and proactive. He made my move-in experience absolutely wonderful.

Overall, the Bartlett has been amazing. The only challenge honestly has been with the garage as in sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t, but other than that, the central location and the convenience of Whole Foods in the coffee shop downstairs can’t be beat!

Living in this apartment has been great, largely because of the location. Being right on top of Whole Foods is a huge convenience—whether I need to grab groceries or a quick bite, it’s all just steps away. The metro is only a few blocks away, making commuting or exploring the city incredibly easy and stress-free.

This is a great place to live. Great central location, nice gym, and your groceries are right below you! I would recommend this place. I also enjoy the occasional events put on by the Bartlett - the music, the happy hours, etc. They really add a quality of life. Also, the rooftop patios are the best.

So far things are good here. We love our unit but have had some issues with maintenance issues being resolved upon move in- such as the dock not being reserved, and many things we noted as issues in the apartment not being fixed almost 2 weeks after move in. That being said the gym is great, front desk helpful and like I said the unit is amazing

With Amazon next door lots of extra amenities. It is an easy walk to 2 dog parks, a couple restaurants, lots of cafes, and the metro stop is only 2 blocks away.

Convenient location and lots of amenities (gym, common work and entertainment spaces, pool), but management staff isn't responsive via email and it is difficult to reach them by phone, so you have to visit the office to resolve most issues. Additionally, residents are frequently not courteous about common areas - trash in heaps in the trash room instead of being put down the chutes, gym gear (weights, boxes, etc.) isn't returned to the proper location, and there are frequently elevator outages, resulting in lengthy delays. My apartment was dirty when I moved in, all of the outlet covers were missing, and some flooring was missing.
