I love living here. It’s a perfect location right next to everything I need. The apartment layout was exactly was I was looking for. The staff does a great job as well.

It is being amazing living here at The Barret. Good appliances and gold structure of the buildings. Safe and quiet neighborhood. I really enjoy living here.

Very happy with my decision to pick exactly The Barrett as a place to leave. Very nice community. Always nice staff, good neighbors, amazing location wotj only a few minutes away from pretty much everything ( stores, restaurants, gas station, intestate etc) Truly enjoying my staying here

I lived been living here for about two years now and the management is great there’s a quick response to work orders and I love the fact that I have easy access to highways and restaurants.

I've had a great experience living here overall. The community feels safe. The staff is responsive and quick to address maintenance issues. I especially love the convenient location, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Amenities like the pool and gym are great, though I wish the gym had a few more equipment options.

I hope everyone reads this review before even thinking about moving here. Please, look at the comments from RESIDENTS, not from people who are just moving in. Yes, the complex is beautiful and the apartments are nice, but it’s a TOTAL NIGHTMARE when you need to request maintenance. The apartments aren’t that new anymore and need upkeep, but they don’t follow through. Right now, I’ve been without air conditioning for three weeks. The outside temperature went over 90°F, and neither emergency emails nor calls worked. After a week, someone finally came to check, but we got NO ANSWERS. They just said they would fix it, but never came back until after three weeks, after many emails and calls. To make things worse, they marked the maintenance request as COMPLETED in the app, yet we still don’t have air. Two days ago, they said, “WE’LL FIX IT TODAY,” but when I got home, I found a portable AC unit in the living room, poorly set up facing my patio, and with no explanation or note. For them, this was the “SOLUTION.” The AC barely cools, and my apartment is still at 80°F. I’ve sent emails and no one replies, I’ve called and no one picks up. ADVICE: DON’T MOVE HERE, YOU’LL REGRET IT.

Amazing staff and maintenance! The community and area is great. Also close to everything since we’re right off Barrett parkway. Literally can’t beat it.

Overall, the Barrett has been a great place to stay! Me and my pup have made serval new friends and we enjoy the quiet! Definitely would recommend this as your new home.

Recently updated the paint in the hallway and pressure washed the floors in the hallways. Thanks The Barretts for keeping the place looking great !!

I love my experience at the barrett so much that I am renewing my lease. The whole community is super friendly along with the view I get from my apartment of the sunset.

Love the community. It's super quiet and the units are amazing and modern. It's a convenient area to be in, with a shopping mall, Walmart, and a grocery store all within a mile radius. The staff is wonderful and very helpful.

Grounds are dirty, animal waste is not picked up by residents, neighbors lack auditory respect and staff hasn’t repainted walkways/doors/breezeways in years. Hopefully new management will upgrade this experience.

I love our neighbors & our community!! We have a beautiful pool, gym, and leasing office! My Living here so far has been a wonderful decision!

I really enjoy living here. It’s a great location. The staff have been really helpful. I have easy access to the parking lot and gym. The pool is an additional feature that I enjoy as well.

I'm the 5th person to sign a lease at The Barrett (before it officially opened actually), and have lived here 5yrs. I may be the only tenant left from the original first 10 that signed and moved in. I've been thru lots of property mgrs, maintenance staff, and courtesy officers. Initially, the property was gorgeous, clean, and the first staff was phenomenal. Once it got sold to Fogelman, it went downhill fast: rude and combative leasing staff who come and go, hiring handy men as maintenance who were inept, filthy breezeways and mail room, marijuana in the halls 24/7, broken appliances, shoddy carpentry, etc. With the limited resources she was given, Kimberly did a good job of getting things done but she's gone now. The maintenance mgr John is AMAZING. He's reliable, friendly, and helpful. His two employees are wonderful too. He's the only gem The Barrett has. New tenants throw trash everywhere, let their dogs poop in the building and outside all over the lawns, and play loud music and TV at midnight. Non residents come use the pool and park in Reserved parking spaces and No Parking Zones. Now a new problem: pest infestation which they spray but is still out of control. I'm sort of at my wits end. If it wasn't for John's stellar work and goodheartedness, I would have moved out 2 yrs ago. This renewal may be my last year...we'll see. Tired of Fogelman treating us like cash cows yet ignoring our needs. It's sad.

Truly enjoying my stay at this apartment complex! Have never regretted about my decision to move here. And recommend it to anyone who is looking for comfort, nice apartments, quiet area with all needed store, service places and many restaurants around.

Working with Aliyah through the whole touring- moving in process. Has been great. Since moving in, the community has been very professional & kind, quick to handle correct any misconceptions.

The building is quiet for the most part and residents are friendly. However, the apartment complex is only maintained on the main levels. The upper levels of the One building are dirty and have trash that is never swept up and the stairwells are gross. They were last cleaned thoroughly about a year ago but not since then.

I’ve loved living here. It’s very clean and the location is amazing. There are plenty of parking spots available, which is nice. The leasing office doesn’t answer their phone often, and I’ve had issues with the maintenance. My ceiling has been leaking since November and they have just addressed this in June. They still haven’t fixed the ceiling to get rid of the stains and bubbling pain. Overall it’s been a good experience though.

Absolutely would not recommend. Have had issues that a new unit should not have and that I’ve never had in any of the 6 apartments I’ve lived in previously. Moreover, management likes to make it seem like the issues are my fault and not theirs smh. Will NOT renew my lease and recommend you continue your apartment search. Gave two stars only because it’s beautiful and quiet, otherwise it would’ve been 1.

I love living at The Barrett. Feeling like part of a community is important to me. Not only are the apartments gorgeous, but I appreciate the events each month. The Staff goes above and beyond with hosting fun events to build community. Last night was movie night. Everyone there had so much fun spending time together and getting to know one another. We had fun music, pizza, popcorn, candy, hot drinks, and yummy desserts. Thanks to everyone who spent time making it possible.

I was relocating with my company and needed a decent place with a reasonable commute. I moved in last week and The Barrett has exceeded all expectations. The property is clean, well manicured, and well equipped with a great fitness center and pool. The unit is brand new (I'm its first occupant) and it features stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, and VERY spacious living, kitchen, and bathroom areas. The staff is sweet (I hugged Rebecca!) and I can't imagine living anywhere else. Beautiful community centrally located with easy access to I-575 and I-75 as well as Whole Foods, Publix, and Walmart. Excellent place! I anticipate living here will be so satisfying.

The Barrett is a very nice community with a very upscale look and feel. I am the very first tenant to actually move in. The complex is centrally located in the flourishing Town Center area making local errands and dining convenient . Topping it off the staff in the marketing center are very professional and sweet as pie! Moving is very stressful but they made my experience and transition smooth. I'm confident living here will be pleasant and an enjoyable experience!
