Tryon Park is a very nice community. It has a lot of stores supermarkets and restaurants right in the area and you can even walk to it.

Maintenance is excellent and quick on his feet.
Its been hard during this pandemic time, but with the patience of Rivergate it been made easy
My boyfriend and I were looking for an apartment around December for a move in of January. Drexyn took us on a tour and was absolutely wonderful! Unfortunately, at that time, they did not have any apartments available with our move in time frame so we had to rent somewhere else. That apartment complex turned out to not be the best fit for us and the day before our move in date, we contacted Drexyn, frantically, and asked if there were any available for the move in date that we needed. They did!!! We filled out our application and were approved that same day. Come to now, 4 months later, we had an issue ongoing for a while, but both Tori, the Property Manager AND Drexyn, the Assistant Property Manager, did everything they could to resolve this issue in a timely manner, and they did. I am very pleased with Tryon Park at Rivergate. I absolutely love living here. I work at an apartment complex and when I go on tours, and can see that the prospects are not satisfied with my property, I send them over to Tryon Park because of how much I love living here. Thank you Tori and Drexyn for everything you have done for us. We appreciate you so much!

Great place to live conveniently located near restaurants and shops. If you like outdoor and quiet living I would recommend. The neighborhood behind is a great place to get your daily exercise

great experience ; although walls are thin and you may hear neighbors as with all aprtments; Changing rental rates go up after rent lease renewal
GREAT place to live and well maintained
I have come to expect only the best from Tryon Park at Rivergate. This is my second Bell property and I can say perfection is priority #1 with this community. It is not an "apartment"... it is a home.
Tryon Park at Rivergate staff does a nice job with keeping the community safe, knowledgeable, and quick to answer to issues that arise.

I have only been a resident of Tryon Park at Rivergate for one week; however, I am and believe that I will continue to be happy here. I absolutely salute the staff! In fact, it was the staff (what I consider the face of the community) that sold me on Tryon Park at Rivergate. I first met Drexyn, the Assistant Manager, who greeted me with a bright beautiful personality that anticipated my questions and was ready with sound answers that made me feel welcome. Then I met Tori, who was hosting a neighborhood event that was happy, fun, and entertaining. Tori struck me as a professional. pleasant, and caring personality, who is very much in control of her environment, as in my opiniona Community Manager should be in control of that for which he/she is responsible. These things, coupled with the charming community itself, and the 24-hours lounge offering cocoa and coffeeclosed the deal! The Community is wonderfully diverse, and the neighbors seem to respect others right of privacy. I know that should I have any issues whatsoever, either Tori or Drexyn will work toward the best resolve possible. Kudos to Bell Partners for your excellent choice of staff!
Tryon Park at Rivergate is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. The office, and maintenance staff is so caring, and professional. The grounds are nicely kept, and the amenities are up to date! A really awesome place to call home.
I been at Tryon Park about 3 years and its a nice apartment complex.
I am brand new to Charlotte, as I moved here to relocate for my job. I am enjoying the community a lot. Everyone has been amazingly friendly, and the staff has been excellent. From the day I applied I've had many phone conversations with Drexyn in the leasing office, over the phone, and now here in person, and she's made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I feel like I've known her for years!
The management team and maintenance team are phenomenal!

I have lived at Tryon Park at Rivergate for two years. The office personnel is always pleasant and very helpful. My apartment is large and comfortable and close to stores and supermarkets.
Tryon Park At Rivergate is a nice place to stay. It feels homey, and authentic. Every time I walk in my apartment; it feels like home. The amenities are amazing, as well as the office staff. I feel valued, and treated fairly. The residents in the community are pretty mature, and respectful of all property.
I visited these apartments because I was interested in them but unfortunately they didn't have anything for my availability. But I looked at a one bedroom and two bedroom they are very nice but seemed small in the inside.
