Quick Easy Process… approval took about a week but I’m finally moving in… walk through available no hassle and very helpful staff a new place to call home!

I love it here. It's a homely feel & if I could describe the staff in one word it would be family. 5 star isn't enough for this place! So worth it!

I was inquiring about the apt and what the utilities were. I provided them with my email only to have the manager hang up in my face and was very rude in her tone. I don't even want to consider this as a place to live on my list after this interaction.

We recently moved into the community. Pleasant experience thus far, appreciate all of the lighting going up.

I've been at Archway for the last year. The property has changed ownership recently and the new owners are really taking care of the property and community.

Great community to live in. Peaceful, clean and the neighbors are friendly. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and always willing to help. Archway is a great place to live overall.

I can't say enough positive things about the staff- Ayona, and Sal are incredible! I recently moved to Atlanta and have had tons of questions about everything! Just last week, I needed a kitty sitter, and Ayona (the property manager) was able to put me in touch with a great "kitty whisperer". Everyone in the main office has been super helpful, and the maintenance team is wonderful! I viewed quite a few apartment complexes before deciding upon Archway Apartments and was delighted to be living here.

Very impressed with my experience checking out this property. Yonda was genuinely helpful that answered any questions I had with real authenticity. Yonda showed she cared about me as more than just a prospective tenant. I really like the location, Riverdale is a great spot. Close to Atlanta while still being a step away from the craziness of the city. Would recommend it to anyone checking out apartments in the area!

Ms. Ayonda and Sal the staff were all awesome. They all went above and beyond during my move-in process. Their customer service is unmatched and they are all true professionals. Also, I’d like to send a huge thanks to Mr. Sal for assisting with an oversized package delivery at the very last minute. Can’t say thank you enough!

I love it here! I feel very safe with the secure with the safety measures. The leasing office responds with a quickness. The apartments are extremely spacious.

I recently moved in at Archway, and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ayanna, one of the amazing leasing consultants at Archway. She was/is hands-on, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. I can’t rave enough about her. So far, I’m enjoying my unit.
