I recently moved into The Adeline, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience so far! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful, well-maintained grounds and modern amenities. The apartments themselves are spacious, well-designed, and have all the comforts I could ask for. What really stands out, though, is the amazing staff. Everyone I've encountered—from the leasing agents to the maintenance team—has been so friendly, professional, and quick to help with any questions or concerns. They truly go above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcome and valued. The community here is fantastic as well. Neighbors are friendly and respectful, and there are plenty of events and activities that help foster a strong sense of connection. Whether it’s the social clubroom, pool, fitness center, or community walking path. Overall, I highly recommend The Adeline to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to call home. I'm proud to call the Adeline my home. It is a great apartment community! They plan fun activities and schedule delicious food trucks! The grounds are well maintained. If there is ever an issue with anything, the staff gets right on it. I can't say enough about the staff! Niquan, Karen, Norberto, Angel and the new Community Director, Ms. P! I have lived in manny different apartment buildings in Maitland and the Adeline has been by far the best! The amenities are always clean and working! The pool is quiet and relaxing even on weekends which I love. The residents here are respectful and I have never had a problem with noise levels. Management has been amazing and are always looking to make improvements and keep us happy! Our unit has an incredible 2 bedroom 2 bathroom layout for a very reasonable price. The Adeline does an amazing job at making me feel at home and I would recommend it to anyone looking in the Maitland/Winter Park area!

The Adeline is a very beautiful complex. The environment is very peaceful and it is within short distances of a lot of necessary businesses ( gym, shopping centers, restaurants, etc.). The apartments layouts are spacious and the leasing office is amazing.

It's only been a few days but I'm really loving it here. The apartment was extremely clean which made move in day so much easier. The paint looks fresh, apartment smells great. It's also surprisingly quiet which is great. Overall, I'm really excited about choosing The Adeline.
The Adeline is the perfect place to live for young professionals or small families. Everyone here is so friendly and it is truly in the perfect location. Being 10 minutes away from downtown Winter Park and 15 minutes away from Downtown Orlando makes it the perfect spot to feel like your in the city but no in the city. Maitland is an adorable place to live and they have a farmer's market that is only a 10 minute walk every Sunday. I would 100% recommend living here and I do to anyone I know looking for somewhere to live. I have zero complaints.

I wish we could say our time of living at the Adeline was more of a positive experience but unfortunately, it was not. 1) We moved from building 302 to 306 to a first floor unit because of our dog. After a few months, we started noticing a roach issue which turned into being a complete infestation of German cockroaches (we were not the only unit to have this issue, either.) This issue went on from Sept 2020-May 2021 without EVER being resolved. After multiple attempts of talking to management, the Massey technician, Massey Account Manager and even Massey management-nothing more was ever offered to resolve the issue but to “continue weekly sprays.” It was completely traumatizing to say the least and the pictures, below don’t even showcase how bad the issue actually was. These traps were filled every single day from Sept-May. We ended up having to move units because of this. 2) There are not many amenities to begin with but the ones that are there like gates, grills and fire pits rarely work. Anytime a rainstorm rolls through you can guarantee all of the gates to be broken and left open because of “lightning”. Several issues arose from this-one involving a homeless man living in one of storage units. And while I get that these gates don’t keep everyone out, there should be better protocols around maintenance of the gates. Also before leaving, not one of the grills worked/would turn on and fire pits always had issues with igniting. Aside from this, the other amenities are minimal yet the complex still charges high rates as if they compare to other luxury complexes. 3) While management is very nice/kind, they give a lot of excuses/false promises. Us, along with others were told several times there was going to be upgrades done to the dog park by summer of 2021 which never happened. There are also community rules (fines if you leave poop in areas, towing if parked illegally, leaving trash out, etc) but most things were never enforced until multiple complaints were issued. 4) There are aggressive dogs. While most of the dogs and owners were respectful, there were a couple of overly aggressive dogs that caused issues with other dogs that owners would do nothing about. There were several instances of our friends dogs being attacked by another. Breeds/aggression of animals should be checked by the apartment complex-not just having a picture and shot records sent over.

I moved in about a month ago and I’ve been loving it so far. The staff & residents are all so friendly and the grounds are well-maintained. All of my friends and family who have visited so far have all commented on how beautiful and clean everything looks. I had such a poor experience at my last place and I am so happy to have found The Adeline.

Im going on my fourth month here & still absolutely love the management, staff & crew! They make me feel so valued. I love the beautiful complex and my apartment is so beautifully appointed w/ nice touches of luxury!
My experience in The adeline has been great. The management is very helpful and they quickly try to resolve any issue that may arise. The community complex is located in a quiet area and it has a great view of the lake from the pool and clubhouse.

I moved to this complex after being in a home for the last 30 years of my life. My expectations were pretty grim after hearing nightmare stories of residence living in apartments for years. WOW was I pleasantly surprised by my new home THE ADELINE in Maitland! I plan to live here until the day I die! I Love ,Love, Love it here. The staff in the office are always very kind & truly concerned if you have issues. Julie helped me was excellent! All promises made were kept & any issues were addressed in a timely manor. Look no farther...this is the place to live.
