I am fully impressed with this community. It is very clean and that is very important to me. I think what sold me was how clean it not only looks but smells! There are no issues with water either. I am impressed with small things.
Absolutely first class management; facilities are top notch ; maintenance is super responsive; we have renewed twice since moving in and have recommended the building to others and will continue to do so. Location is excellent; communications during the recent fires were incredibly helpful. Guest parking arrangements are an enormous benefit.
Love the staff here they’re so nice & helpful. They are also very clean here & security is always on duty at night. I love how they also have sky decks with theatres. There’s a lot of options for entertainment
Recently i started using the treadmill for the first time and everyone who has been exercising at the same time has been extremely supportive and encouraging. One 5th floor neighbor offered to teach us how do to the weight machines safely

all staff members have been GREAT starting my day with an early swim has been energizing. the exercise room is particularly well equipped and my use of it has eliminated the need to join a health club!

The team here are like no other. The management staff manage this building so well. They are so accommodating and always on top of things. The maintenance guys attend to things almost immediately (when they have a free minute)All the staff know people's names and even remember my dogs name!! Great community vibe here. The gym and pool are awesome. The walls are thick so you barely ever hear your neighbors. My fiance and I had a wonderful stay here at Modera Glendale. The property was always clean and well-taken care of. The lobby looks spotless at all times, the elevator is always clean and functioning, all the amenities are available at the appropriate times, and holiday decorations call for a fun spirit. Last but not least, Modera team members really add to the cozy feeling - thank you, Chris, Marissa, Aeriell, and Lisa for your continuous availability and support throughout the application process and our stay at the property. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

It's been over two years since I provided a statement about living at Modera Glendale. As the new year is upon us, and I'm reflecting about the last year, it's seems appropriate to share my prospective after living here almost four years. Lots of wonderful changes have taken place. Dionne, is now the manager. When I learned that the previous manager was moving on, I truthfully wondered, is Modera going to continue to be the star apartment building of Glendale. In fact, what came to mind is that the manager and leasing agents can make or break the fabulous residence. Some staff left and I wasn't too sure if Modera would continue to feel like home to my family. I realized that the newer staff had the same goal of making Modera a beloved place to live. The staff strives toward excellence. You are known by name. The residents are treated like VIPs. If you need the staff to repair or replace something, you're going to have the task completed almost immediately. It's professional, skilled and never a mess to clean up. I love the special treatment. Not just my experience but the daily experiences of all the residents. I've lived in several apartments over the years, and I know how some buildings are stagnant. Modera is a home for all of us because of the staff working diligently to ensure it remains the greatest place to live in Glendale. To all of the staff, I extend gratitude for making Modera home for my family.

It's near the freeway and the Americana Brand, the maintenance and the leasing group have a excellent service. The apartment complex is a safe place. The common areas are always are free and clean.

If you want a quiet place to live on a modern community near everything - Modera is a best place. Community amenities, apartment features are great. Staff are nice and courteous is the best bonus.

I like the community, the cleanliness and the location are the best things!
We love it here. We just moved in so it's hard to say more than that but the location is amazing, the apartments are super cute and QUIET. Only one night so far when someone was having party outside could we hear anything. The amenities are cool. The gym is tiny but great for what it is. We are walking distance to several gyms so that is no biggie. The management and leasing and maintanence staff are all amazing. We feel like we are really home. The location is perfect for walking to everything and close to the freeway for driving. Two parking spots for 2 bedrooms.
I lived at Modera for three-and-a-half years, and during most of that time, we genuinely liked living there. It's close to Disney and Dreamworks (for those want a short commute or nice, casual bike ride to work), while also being close to Glendale's wonderful shopping & entertainment. As a bonus, gigabit internet is available as well as amenities like in-apartment washer/dryers and friendly and knowledgeable maintenance staff. Early on, the office staff (Roxanne, Ivan, and Richard) were just fantastic. Always friendly, helpful, and dedicated to keeping the community a great place for everyone... especially families, which is a tricky balance being so close to the heart of the city. In recent years, however, management has changed quite a bit and in those final few months we were left with a really bad taste in our mouths... sometimes literally. Although a no-smoking community, smoking runs rampant - both cigarettes AND marijuana. The apartment always stunk. The elevators frequently stink of cigarettes, pot, and dog urine. When the elevators are working, that is - they seem to break down at least once a month these days. The deafening building fire alarms also wake you up in middle of the night at least once every couple months (and usually in clusters) from smoke. Clearly nobody is policing the no-smoking policy any more (you'll also find cigarette butts everywhere). When we decided we'd had enough, things got even worse: On move-out day, we discovered a razor-straight stress crack in one of our windows (previously hidden behind some furniture). We figured we'd discuss it during the scheduled final walkthrough since it clearly wasn't our fault & wouldn't need maintenance for (we were literally leaving that very day). That walkthrough never happened because Modera staff never showed for the appointment. After not getting our walkthrough, we got a bill for almost $500 for the window. Again, it was clearly just a stress crack and not caused by us. Worse was the treatment by Dione when I called to discuss it. I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally in my life. It wasn't even a discussion, it was me being verbally assaulted as I tried to calmly explain the situation. If this is who Mill Creek is hiring, no wonder this community has gotten so bad. Don't live here. It's not the wonderful community it used to be. It's downright uninhabitable. Unless the lax, irresponsible, toxic, unprofessional management changes you will regret it.

I love to be living at Modera! It's close to the freeway, glendale downtown, around cities and towns plus is so close to my work. I would love to continue to live at Modera for many reasons, including the nice staff.....the only downside is that the monthly rent is so expensive! I wish the management community will lower their price and so I and many more residents could continue to live here at Modera because overall it's great and a beautiful place! Thanks.
I am only 1 month with Modera Glendale but so far happy with the experience. The Property Management staff is professional and amenities and building location are also very good. It is also great that they are providing flexible lease terms, however, the monthly rate is higher with shorter terms.
I play ukulele late at night and my neighbors have never complained. The sound-proofing in these apartments are top-notch!

Modera Glendale gives you the ultimate luxury and comfort experience that one can get living in an apartment complex. The staff is super nice, attentive and prompt. The location is fantastic. The service is awesome. The maintenance staff is very quick with responding to your service requests. The managers are very professional and responsive to your needs. Love it.
Modera is a nice, clean and a cool place to live, quite comfortable. The administration and staff are very receptive, friendly and show willingness to help you at all times. The community is respectful and behaves well, never hear a loud noise or an argument or anything. It is as if everybody live quietly and calmly here. I highly recommend Modera.

Safe, clean, quiet and upscale! Look no further, Modera Glendale is a great place to call home. I've been here since 2016, and love it. Everyone is extremely professional! Management, the leasing office and the maintenance team, go above and beyond always. The property is beautiful and the rooftop decks have amazing views. The apartments have thick walls with great soundproofing!!! They also host some pretty amazing Resident Events which are always super successful and fun! I highly recommend Modera Glendale.

Modera has great apartments, units are constructed well, amenities are great, staff is friendly, maintenance when you need them are quick and the location is great!

I can’t explain how pleased I am living here, I have always felt like I am where I belong. I would highly recommend modera to anyone, the staff are very helpful with anything you need. Richard and Ivan have been the best throughout our time living here, they are extremely helpful, professional and friendly ! Honestly nothing compares to the amazing service they provide . I just moved into Modera! Precious and Brian are hands down the most professional and hardworking customer service reps. They are very attentive to all residence needs at all times. Modera is very fortunate to have them on their team. They promptly respond to all of your requests/questions, which is a key factor when choosing a place to live. I looked around other buildings in Glendale and the location and floor plan that I chose at Modera is the best!
