My experience at The 202 has been positive and enjoyable. The common areas are kept clean, the staff is friendly, the fitness room is well-stocked, and the appliances work good. Even though I can hear outside noise, I don't hear noise from neighboring apartment, which is great. I also like the various activities for residents, especially the nice food treats.

The building is new, and currently well-maintained. Amenities are impeccable: the gym has world-class equipment, and the rooftop area is among the best in NOMA, with the only drawback being there is no pool. Concierge and leasing staff are very personable and helpful

Love the location, 50 steps walk from Noma Metro. The building is new and nice, full amenities (except pool). Lobby is clean and cool. Feel calm and relax. Recommend the 202 DC.

I enjoy living at the 202. I’m close to work, walking distance to both the metro and the Trader Joe’s. The rooftop is a breathtaking view, especially during sunsets. Also the gym is top of the line, I enjoy all the equipment and space available.

I just moved in, and we ran into some issues on the first day. I thought we could use a credit card or pay online, but they only accept money orders. On a positive note, the front desk staff are very friendly.

It was a very difficult and confusing application process. The portal broke twice for us. The loading dock I booked on move in day was being painted so I had to move in the front door of the building, which was very difficult. There were things in the apartment not working upon move in.

I’ve really enjoyed the 202 thus far. When there have been issues, the staff seems very communicative. It’s a brand new building and staff, so hiccups will be expected but everyone has a really friendly disposition. Love the amenity space - great gym and rooftop!
