Living at Tessa is great, it’s brand new and very well taken care of. I love my townhome and the amenities that come along with living here.
Very nice quiet neighborhood! Central to a lot of things convenient. Can tell the neighborhood is up and coming! Excited to see what all is in stored. My son & bf loves it so far
Townhomes are nice and roomy. We have great amenities, when they are usable. Pool hours get shortened or even closed during hottest part of the summer. Community Grills get closed during prime grilling season for fall. Gates and community locks often get struck by lightning and don’t work properly.

We have been very happy here! We love the amenities and the people! Our dog Izzy loves the park and the sidewalks where we can walk her!! And the food trucks are a great addition!
My whole experience has been amazing we had a couple hiccups but the staff has made the transition more than pleasant. The whole neighborhood is beautiful and we love the amenities. Definitely feels like home
I recently moved into these townhomes, and I’ve had such a positive experience with the management team. The whole process from application to move-in was smooth and well-organized. Anytime I had a question, they responded quickly and made sure everything was clear. The property itself is well-kept, and they made sure my unit was clean and ready for me on move-in day.

This community is incredibly peaceful. While I do hear my new neighbor’s music thumping through the walls on occasion, this is by far the quietest community I’ve lived in as a renter. The maintenance team is on top of managing routine maintenance like HVAC filter changes, etc. - yet another standout feature of Tessa. Thanks for making this place worth the price of rent!

So far I love this community. There’s lots to do and it’s very quiet which is a lot different from I used to live, which was by train tracks so it was very loud.

We had a wonder experience today on our tour of the property and units. Our leasing agent Tolanda was very knowledgeable about the community and did a great job answering all of our questions. Her personality made us feel very comfortable and welcomed us with open arms. This will be our first home after graduating college and highly considering living here!
I’ve really enjoyed living at Tessa, it’s so peaceful and relaxing. I was initially skeptical about townhome living because of concerns about noise and close neighbors, but the way these homes are designed and built makes a big difference. I barely hear anything from my neighbors, sometimes I forget I even have any! Hopefully they feel the same way about me, lol. I’d definitely recommend Tessa to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to live. Also maintenance always come in a great time.

The neighborhood is nice. I wish there was more gym equipment in the gym but overall the amenities are nice. Parking has been a little trouble with cars parking in the street.

Lots of trash cans not tucked away. Gate doesn’t seem to be picking up the headlight decal for entry. Very quiet community. Excited to get established.

We moved in three days ago and can definitely say living here is a blessing. This is our first “real” home and love the community. Everyone is so nice and the management is wonderful. The communication is everything we ever prayed for. The community is quiet which we love and we love how organized and secure everything is. It makes everything feel safe and we would not recommend anywhere else to live other than Tessa Barrow !!!

i love my home and community. The amenities of the neighborhood are one of my favorite parts, especially the dog grooming area and dog park! The staff is great and maintenance is very responsive. Location by 16 is also very convenient.

I've been here a year and it's a nice place to live - the homes are well appointed and it's very quiet for the most part. I do wish management would/could do more about the frequent violations that we all agreed not to do when signing our leases (trash cans left out, parking on the sidewalks, outdoor decor and stuff in the yards, not cleaning up after pets, etc) but they seem unable to effectively address these (mostly) small issues for whatever to help keep the community looking clean and nice.

A very nice and pleasant place to live. Since I have known Tessa Barrow Crossing I knew that I would become a resident. The houses are very well built and the internal space very well used, which provides comfort and flexibility. The complex is simply wonderful and the dependencies and amenities are incomparable with any other complex of houses for rent. We have been living here for 9 months and our experience has been wonderful. Office professionals also reflect the same standard of excellence and commitment to the well-being of residents.

We love living here! So far it has been quiet and friendly neighbors. The amenities are great; besides the dog park sadly, a few residents have been a bit lazy picking up after their dogs. I wish management would hold people accountable for that. We jump over poop piles as if it is an obstacle course in there. Pool is great, gym is nice & common areas like the work area are great. The staff is very friendly and usually helpful. They did a Halloween event which was great.

I love it here. Fast responses from maintenance and staff. Quiet and safe neighborhood with affordable housing. The 2 bedroom office is very spacious but the primary bedroom is my favorite part of the house!
