The maintenance staff has been very prompt. However, they need to upgrade the units. Also, The security within the community premises need to be improved.
Living here is well worth it for the schools. There are pros and cons, and I find the overall experience very average for corporate apartment rentals.
Experience is good so far. Nice community and pleasant living. Easy access and nice play area for children. Highly recommend this community for folks who are planning to move in.
Had issues with making a smooth transition with one lease to another but then was able to get everything sorted out thanks to Joshua and Joe
Terrazzo is good community to live. Because of the convenience of having an Indian store and an HEB nearby!. school(Laurel mountain elementary) is also good and top rated. transportation is also provided via school district which comes under round rock isd.
Awesome place with good community. Mostly indian people who are generous and kind. The management is really good with handling concerns. Good Amneties except the gym.
Terrazzo aparments has Excellent community and service is prompt and good. I would recommend this apparments who want to be in a peacful environment,
The apartment complex is large and has a lot of nature. It is located near businesses, including an HEB less than .5 mile away. The apartments are old and need updates. Maintenance seem nice but the work is sub par. They have messed up simple tasks, like replacing the AC filter, resulting in it freezing up in the summer until I discovered they tore out half of the old filter, left the rest in the AC unit, and shoved a new filter on top of the broken half. Bugs are a big problem, even when you do not leave out food. The management has improved in terms of communication. The kids here are destructive, climbing on cars, tearing up bike posts in the big communal area, and leaving trash everywhere. They leave bikes and scooters everywhere, including in front of the stairs. They also run and scream through the stairwells at all hours of the day, despite messages from management to stop. There have also been safety concerns, with car thefts and apt break-ins, cameras have not be installed.

Ok experience. So many roaches in apartment. Maintenance charges get increased without any notification or justification. Security services need to be improved.
Recently, a neighbor’s car had all four tires stolen, and there have also been strangers knocking on doors. Although the office arranged pest control for the ants, they are still everywhere, and my hands and feet have been badly swollen from the bites. The issue is still being handled. Now, there is also a wasp nest at the entrance waiting to be removed. I hope these problems can be resolved more quickly.

Current leasing management is good when compare to previous management. Atleast they are listening the concerns from residents. Still more room to improve service requests and social gatherings, interms of amenities.

Terrazzo Apartments is in a great area close to 183, HEB, and Domain. It is very quiet and the apartments are affordable compared to other places nearby. I have seen a lot of improvements recently as there is new lighting, pool, etc. Thank you!

Too much process to moving another apartment in the same community or building even and too pricey. The prices are high in the terrazzo than compare to near by apartments in the same locality

Just okay apartments and management. The guest bedroom always have a heating / cooling problem and the reason being it is far from AC unit. Security wise also management not doing what they promise - no lights in courtyard and entry gate is broken from a long time . People stay here just for the good schools

There is no lighting at night. Also, the rents are very high compared to amenities. In My opinion, the rents need to be reduced or should be in line with the market.

Terrazo is a best place to stay , now a days it has been very safe, it has best elementary school and middle school! It has a best courtyard and swimming pool and a great gym as well!

Peaceful and family oriented community. Respectful neighbors. Maintenence responds in a timely manner and appears to stay on top of things with the issues I have had. I feel safe here, with the exception of mailbox break-in and a catalytic convertor stolen from my vehicle.

New management has improved community upkeep. Community appears cleaner. Fitness center though needs am upgrade of machines and equipment for it's old and not in proper working order.

ok experience so far. Kids have a courtyard to play around. There is a gymnasium and swimming pool. The patio area is big for our floor plan.
Overall good gated community place to live in. Good Maintenance, Good Front office, Gym, Kids play park and parking. Scope for improvement to conduct community events from Terrazzo leasing team.

Trash has not been picked up since Thursday. this is very disappointing as a residence. and you are charging $30 for that, if it happens next time we will keep it as it is in front of the door.

We landed Terrazzo Apartments last week since my kids school is near by. Overall it`s Ok, still there were some improvements are really needed. If you would like to stay here, before you are coming better complete all the formalities like Gas, Energy and Broadband. So that it will be easy to check-in to your house.

My experience at Terrazzo has had its ups and downs. The community has great potential, but there were several issues during my move that impacted my satisfaction. Maintenance tasks, such as painting, were delayed, which affected my move-in experience. Pest control issues, which were a major reason for my move, were not fully addressed before relocating. Additionally, I encountered significant problems with water pressure; it was low in the bathroom faucet and nonexistent in the shower. Even after addressing the pressure issues, I experienced water leakage under the kitchen cabinet and issues with the kitchen faucet, which only dispensed hot water. The lack of a rent adjustment for the ongoing maintenance was also disappointing. With improvements in timely maintenance, comprehensive pest control, effective resolution of water pressure issues, and better communication, Terrazzo could greatly enhance the living experience. Addressing these areas would contribute to a more positive and enjoyable stay for residents.

Currently living here, everything is great, and any necessary repairs are handled quickly. The house I live in doesn't get direct sunlight in the summer, so the indoor temperature is very comfortable.

I shifted here in terrazzo 3 months ago and it has been more then 15 service request I have already raised for multiple issues like cockroach,snake, broken things.. so far the experience with terrazzo mantainace and management is not good for me

My only issue, but critical one, is the poor move out experience where I received very late (2 months after my move out) and low refund (still chasing over email to get it corrected like unnecessary repair charges, $290 for tub resurfacing, and prorated rent of $100 when I did not stay even 1 day extra etc). This incident has really marred my experience of living at Terrazzo. The only positive is the friendly people living here.

This complex is filthy, is infested with all sorts of roaches. It doesn't matter how much you clean. They have one trash compactor for the entire community and the trash smell is awful. Both Maintenance personnel and office staff are rude and not professional. They flatly ignore work orders, you can never reach them and they don't respond your messages. Noisy, messy, smelly and nasty. Can't wait to get out of here once my lease is over!!!!! Negative stars
