Since EXXPM taken over two years ago, the complex has gone down. this company cares more about generating income for there investor vs taking care of the community of residents. The pool is closed 51/93 days of summer. The management decline to repair the trash compactor instead installed green bins throughout the complex , you pay $ 30 a month for valet trash when the bin is less the 75 feet away. The car center has been out of order for 2 years. if you have a maintanece request be takes 7-10 days for basic task.Its been 6 days of manually lifting the flapper to flush the toilet.

The community is dirty. The trash compactor has been broken for over a year and the one dumpster only gets picked up twice a week. None of the cameras, gates or lights on the property work and crime has increased. All they do is switch management make promises and never do anything. Don’t move here. You’ve been warned.

Welcome to Apartment Heaven! Extremely well-maintained, very secure, well lighted, quite clean, and handy to the airport. I'd recommend apartments that don't directly face the Sam Houston Parkway as it would be noisy on the balcony, but inside the soundproofing is really effective. I thought a place this nice would be far more expensive than the other places I looked at first (visited 12 other places in two days) but was surprised when I found out how affordable it was. Perfect for airline employees.
Nice place to live at. It's quiet and peaceful. Safe to go outside at night and early morning to your car. No complaints.

Welcome to apartment heaven! I've been renting for almost a year and couldn't be happier with the management and condition of this facility. I love the in-unit washer and dryer in my little 1 BR apartment! Everything is very well lit at night and the tall fence and limited entry makes me feel very secure. Also, it is constructed on a raised area, so I'm not that concerned about flooding even if a hurricane were to spend some time here. Much better in that regard than any of the many other apartment complexes that I toured before signing up for 22Hundred. Maintenance is on top of even the smallest issues right away. One day, I noticed that there were so many contractors they were literally almost running into each other in the parking lot (a mower almost clipped the back door of the HVAC van, while a truck with carpeting pulled in next to them). Did I mention the washer and dryer in the unit? Wow, what a difference that has made in my life. I get a free day every other week to do other things because I can multi-task laundry chores. Come see what Apartment Heaven looks and feels like. You won't want to leave!

I absolutely love it! It's my first time signing a lease and I'm so glad it's with 22Hundred! Samone has been very helpful and professional all throughout the process and I absolutely love our apartment!
I absolutely loved living here and so does my wife. Weve had some issues down the line but nothing too serious that couldnt be fixed.
I have been a resident here for over 5 years. And when greystar was the management company everything was nice and clean. Ever since the new owners took over, the entire complex is filthy and disgusting. Especially near the dumpster. If it was packed outside, the former maintenance men always made sure to have it cleaned up immediately. Now it looks ridiculous because some of the residents are to lazy to put trash in the dumpster and nobody cleans it up for a few days. I can literally see the dumpster from my apartment. Not to mention that whoever the maintenance is, they drive way to fast in the golf carts nearly hitting my car as I was taking off. I will no longer be renewing my lease here. It was much nicer when Melissa and her staff had things nice and clean.
I moved in not too long ago, the office staff are extremely professional and nice. Very helpful, always answer the phone and are very dedicated to their tenants. The apartments are VERY clean inside and out and are peacefully quiet every day! My neighbors are so nice and clean. I love it here!

The Reserve at Fall Creek is a wonderful place to call home. The Reserve offers many community amenities such as a gym, a clubhouse and an Amazon locker hub to name a few. The area is quiet and peaceful. The apartments are spacious and have a very homey feel to them. The office staff are friendly and professional and the maintenance staff are wonderful, they always respond to requests promptly and efficiently.

The staff in the office have always been professional and attentive when I've gone in the office. Any maintenance issues they've showed up in a reasonable time even in the height of the pandemic the service was great. I would highly recommend living here as the community is quiet and I personally haven't had issues with loud neighbors.

This complex used to be a nice place to live. Apparently the lower rent for the area and the desperation for tenants has brought in a new horrible class of renters. Trash everywhere, no one picks up after their dogs and neighbors are beyond noisy inside and out. Completely inconsiderate . Management makes half hearted attempts , but it gets worse. Will not be renewing.

My experience here hasn't been better than any other less expensive apt I've lived at. My apartment has had roaches since I moved in. That would be my biggest complaint. I'd like to have the option on if I'll be charged extra money per month to have my trash picked up by my door. The trash can isn't big enough for me, however I wouldn't like to have a huge trash can by my front door either. I'd rather just walk or drive the trash to the dumpster and I would prefer to have that as an option. This is supposed to be luxury living apts and I just don't see it.

When I moved in August 2018 some things were not what I expected. I was disappointed. Melissa and Alisha and the maintenance team did everything in their powers to correct all of the issues in a very timely manner! Melissa visited in my apartment before and after the work was done! The head Maintenance guy would stop by periodically to make sure everything was ok!

Reserve at Fall Creek is a nice complex. The apartments have spacious floorplans with a reasonable rate, and they're obviously well taken care of. The grounds are well-maintained. Maintenance issues are a minimum. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Greetings I made my selection and move into the Reserve at Fall Creek during the pandemic I did not get to do an in-person tour but instead a virtual tour....although I was not able to visit the property or view the apartment I went in with crepe Faith hoping that everything would be great...the day of my move-in was the first day that I got to view the property and my apartment my initial contact with Alicia was amazing she walked me through a lot of steps that I did not know exactly how to complete and gave me my keys to go to my new apartment. Upon entering my apartment the staff left a wonderful gift basket full of starter things and also toilet tissue on the roll.the apartment was in top-notch great condition very clean. Getting packages receiving mail and enjoying the amenities are all very convenient and the location too.

Building 11 has raccoon poop on the stairs. They also eat through the trash and nobody picks up the trash after the bag is ripped. I don't know why I am paying for trash when they are not picking up. 3rd floor of building 11 smells really bad. We are very disappointed with the conversation we are having with the leasing office. The apartment community does not want to be responsible to clean the common area that has poop. They tell us it is all our fault. Who is responsible for the raccoons?

I moved into the Reserve at Fall Creek during the pandemic therefore I was not able to do an in-person tour I knew the moment that I stepped foot into my apartment on move in day that I have made a great decision the apartment was presented very nicely I had no complaints about the condition of the apartment the parking is wonderful and always available the property is kept up and it is very conveniently located. the staff was awesome at helping and assisting taking phone calls and being generous.

I love to live at the reserve at fall Creek because they are very professional and yet they have time for each and every tenant and will help you with anything that you need help with. Departments are beautiful and my neighbors have always been extremely nice. I am a tenant that has lived here for almost 6 years and I am extremely happy with all the stuff from the office to the maintenance to everyone because theyre always there ready to make life easier for all of us.

The day I set to move in I fractured my knee and the staff has gone above and beyond to help make sure my move in went smoothly. They are all terrific and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a new place to live.
