1 bedroom apartment in kendall
rosalia in the office was very helpful, very excited to help me move in. i’ve been looking to move to a 1 bedroom apartment close to my job and tennis villas is perfect for me. its spacious enough for me and my little kitty to have space to roam around.

place is falling apart
cracks along the concrete walkways, constant maintenance going on to keep the place afloat, noisy workers having a chatter fest constantly. interior of apartments are outdated by 10 years. i couldnt even turn on on my microwave and water cooker on at the same time in the kitchen because the relay would kick off. stay away from this place.

Always complaining about how people use too much water but then they dont fix anything in the apartments.

Horrible
Horrible place. They keep raising rent even after 10 years which is against the law i believe. They took the kitties of a mom cat from her. They dont fix anything in the apartments and the pool doesnt look like the picture, in fact is almost never open. You cant play tennis in the courts even tho the place its called tennis villa. The management doesnt care about the people. If 0 stars was an option, that is what i would go with.

Awesome!
This apartment complex is located right by 88 and is an easy commute to get to a majority of the places around here. Only about a 10 minute drive to get onto the Turnpike. Staff is helpful and the maintenance crew helped resolve my issue. Just make sure not to park in a tow-away zone and park in an actual spot.

Manager with bad character and does not know how to direct the tenants and the supposed number for emergencies does not work should change it and do a better job
