Happy here the ikea kitchen is not the greatest. But the grounds are beautiful and it’s clean and quiet. The staff and s always friendly and welcoming.

Location is amazing and management does everything they can to help. Maintenance only specializes in quick fixes…we’ve had the same 2 issues for awhile and they come in and it’ll re-break a week down the road. Buildings are getting really old, our floors are severely slanted (to where the bottom of our bookshelf will be right up against the wall, but the top will be almost 5 inches away from the wall) in our apartment and all of our windows leak and we will get frost on the inside walls during the winter.

The building is nice and mostly clean. The recycle area is a bit of a problem. The recycling keeps getting over filled. I sometimes cannot toss my recycling.

Love my apartment and the neighborhood. Quiet and other tenants for the most part respectful. Pet owners do a great job cleaning up after their dogs. Outward care feel is done pretty well. We were to remove items in our garage stall that weren't motorized, but they didn't follow through with tenants who didn't remove they're items. Trash bin areas have mattresses, furniture, bikes, trash outside of bins is seen regularly. They're not maintained to a decent level. I would recommend living here, just wish the garage and trash areas were cleaned up.

Great community, lots of pets and friendly owners. Enjoyed living here. Upstairs neighbors are oblivious, but was just them and i was just lucky. None of my other neighbors had any complaints about their upstairs neighbors. Any maintenance issues were fixed promptly and professionally. Jason and Candace were so great!! Definitely recommend this apartment!

I have been here for the entire transitional experience. It only gets better. No matter what is asked of the staff to produce the new changes they take it on with a great attitude. I can imagine how difficult it must be. I have said this before but it still stands that when choosing a new apartment the priority should be the front office and the people who keep the place running. I give them an A . Still getting used to a new environment and home but things are finally going smoothly after a bumpy start. The maintenance manager, Jason, is great at his job and communicating what’s going on. I really appreciate that there are side walks and walking paths through out the complex, I feel much more safe going on walks when I don’t have to walk in the street. I’ve seen many dogs but no “evidence” of them anywhere. That’s a huge plus! I’m looking forward to a new, fresh start here!

Renew took over a little over a year ago from the previous owners and have done a much better job taking care of things. They are also holding people accountable if they aren't cleaning up after their pets! So far so good

Hi! I just renewed my lease for the 4th time and I am happy I did. Love the new updates around the community (only wish community room was included in the pricey rent) overall; this place is everything I need. Washer/dryer in-unit, full kitchen, a fireplace?! (Real one even! Super awesome) and a gym with all new equipment and supplies. I will probably be here until I buy a house. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues. Staff will answer questions and make sure you understand it all. Love it.

I wrote a review about a year ago. It’s time for an update. It just keeps getting better. The additions are constant. The physical property updates include so many small thoughtful pieces-directions for a daily walk path, benches around the pond, benches added and dead tree removal in the dog park, tree trimming on the entire property, attention to the grass. The far bigger projects like painting the inside and out, roof repair were done with minimal interference and plenty of notice. Once you choose a property to live in it is the ongoing personal service that is most important. For me it has been outstanding. The office team is very receptive and follows through on requests if needed. The maintenance staff is quick to greet and smile. They get things done and in a complex this large that is amazing. I continue to feel very fortunate to live here.

Sound dampening between first and second floor is terrible! I can smell Marijuana smoke from my neighbors through the walls and all they did was send out email reminding ppl to smoke 50 feet away, not really any enforcement. Residents with large dogs are leaving their pet's poop outside and not picking it up. The floor isn't actual hardwood, it's actually just fancy stickers that easily scratch. Garage parking spaces are very narrow. And why do so few people understand that garbage goes into the dumpster? The good things: great dog run and walking areas, quiet community, decent rent pricing.

So far, I absolutely love it! it’s quiet, comfortable and the neighborhood is very nice. it’s in a conviene location with a lot to do within 10-15 minutes.

Renew Apartments are a wonderful living experience. The apartments are very well maintained and any service or maintenance requests are addressed ASAP. Have to say that the option to reserve the Clubhouse over the Holidays was a game changer. My family all commented on what a beautiful property ReNew is!

Been great so far! Nice people all around! Our move was fast and easy, which is exactly what we needed. We were worried about going from a 3 bd to a 2 bd and the kids sharing a room but there is so much space it hasn’t mattered!

I live here 24 years, and had never any carpet cleaning or wall painting done in all these 24 years, but they rase my rent whenever they feel like it. I pay now 35.00 Dollars a month for Garbage. A single senior citizen who has very little trash.

Very good amenities. From the outdoor pool, BBQ area, basketball court and more. Indoor amenities include exercise room, gaming room and a wonderful full kitchen and seating area. Having a washer and dryer in my unit is amazing, no more trips to the laundry mat.

I have been a a resident here for almost fifteen years. Over the years my husband and I have had several homes and lived in top end apartments. Several months ago there was a management change at this site. Since that time there have been substantial improvements and changes to the physical plant. The best change has been the management style. It is stunning how hard they work to make this a superior place to live. They are quick to respond to requests. Some meant that they had to go the extra mile to follow through. Each of them do things in a very positive way as if it were their own home. With so many new buildings popping up in Bloomington what sets this one apart is the people who are in the front office and the other employees who work with them.
