The maintenance staff is so amazing! We love living here. The office staff knows their tenants by name and are so friendly. Been here almost 7 years and no plans to leave anytime soon.

It’s a nice place to live, wry quiet, the grounds are kept nice and the people are great , they do a lot of fun things to involve the people who live in the complex,

We have been staying here for 7 Years and love the place and didn’t think of moving out. The greenery is very relaxing and it’s been a great experience so far. The maintenance team specially "James" is outstanding. Every time we have an issue he comes with a “smile” and so far he is the best and he really deserves “kudos” for the wok he does.

If I could give this place zero stars I would I haven’t lived here a full year and every single month there has been an issue I’ve had to switch apartments due to due the issues. There are dead rodents on the property, for days on in. And if you have an issue in your apartment, good luck You’ll be waiting weeks to have it LOOKED it And then another few weeks for them to come “fix it”. This place will disrupt your peace Terribly.

i enjoy the peace of the area, the quickness that Maintenace comes when needed. the property staff is helpful and friendly. Parking at night can be a little tight.

I am going on my 6 year anniversary and love it here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My home is spacious and comfy. The neighbors are friendly.

So far, not bad. Is a quite neighborhood and friendly people. Maintenance is good outside but I think the inside maintenance is bad, there is not improvemen, I strongly think that they should renovate/upgrade really old things. Like the kitchen cabinets are so old that they also smell and some of that wood is cracked and also countertop do not touch the walls what lead cockroaches to hide there since it is IMPOSSIBLE to clean in between and that is discusting.

Love it here, neighbors are great, people are so nice, a feeling of a great community, very quiet, kept very neat, staff is wonderful, I enjoy living here and would recommend to anyone

Its not a satisfactory experience anymore like the past. The maintenance team needs multiple follow ups to fix issues, the gadgets are very back dated, the vents dont work, sinks clog.

I am a resident for 7 yrs and till almost 1 -2 year ago I was very satisfied with overall experience. But I think recently management has changed and service quality has deteriorate very badly e.g. I logged 3 maintenance requests for more than a month ago, one was closed without fixing and 2 other still open. I was once asked if it is urgent, I said no but I didn't know non-urgent means no action for more than a few months.

Overall Tanglewood Apartment Homes is a diverse and progressive community and it's growing! This is my third year of residence here and I am content.

This is a great community to live. I love it here and staff is excellent primary Mr. Pierre he has great customer service skills. I trust him because he has been very attentive with me. He has make sure that everything is in good condition. He is a blessing to this community. Love ?? it here.

We really enjoy living in this beautiful apartment. The office staff is great, always friendly and helpful. Our only wish is that there was an in-house gym to complete the amenities.

I am living here 6 years, and when I have a problem in my apartment the staff is so kind and fast service. Nice playground and dog park. The only thing we missed is a bbq zone.

Excellent first apartment experience. Definitely feels like home. My neighbors are amazing. The leasing office staff are always there to help answer any questions and address any concerns.

Nice quiet neighborhood friendly neighbors just not alot of active amenities for adults with dogs. A good amount of parking apartments makes sure snow is gone and walkways are shoveled.

Just moving in Pierre has been very helpful and accomodating. The staff I have met are friendly. Apartment was clean and ready to move in.

So far I love it. The leasing agent Pierre has helped me along the way to a great and smooth process for moving in. I love all the benefits of living here at tanglewood. It seems like a great environment.

It’s a nice place and the neighbors are really nice, the place is kept nice , the laundry is convenient, the garage is a big plus for me . I like having the deck.

Living at Tanglewood Terrace has been an experience, And I can’t say it has been a great one. I’ve only lived here for five months and within the five months I’ve had an issue every single month And all anyone here knows how to do is put Band-Aids over the problem instead of fixing them. A water leak ( previous issue that caused black mold) that was deemed an emergency by three people. Four days later no one has still come to the apartment to even look at the issue.

House and community is great, everything is upto the mark and expectations, service is also good, on site maintenance and management is excellent.

The complex is in fairly good shape. The apartments need a renovation. Updated appliances and bathrooms. Overall 3/5 Thank you Have a great day

Great experience.. quiet..friendly environment. Dog friendly. Lots of parking and amenities. Great staff especially Piere. Nice size apartments and accommodation. Maintenance is always available when needed.

Good experience been living here for almost 5 years . Want to upgrade to a 2 bedroom maybe next year but as of right now one bedroom is good

I am a new resident, but the experience so far has been very nice. This seems like a very peaceful community with very lovely neighbors and even better management.

In today's economic reality, this apartment is worth the $$. Only having to pay for electricity and cable works for me. My only complaint deals with the present office manager. She ,rarely if ever, returns calls or responds to emails.

Leasing office is quick to answer questions and the staff is friendly. Maintenance has always been quick with any issues I have had. Love that they are pet friendly!

It’s been amazing the past few years living here at Tanglewood Apartments. This is a great community and well maintained. Management take care of issues at their earliest convenience. My neighbors are very respectful.

Great location.. very quiet.. convenient. Peair is amazing from the leasing office. He should definitely be property manager. Dog friendly. Neighbors mind their business. Ample parking. Very clean and maintained

Bad mouse problem, poor communication (they don't give you 24 hours notice that someone will be entering your place), the inside looks as bad as the outside. This place is not worth the cost and the amenities are not worth it at all.

Nice quiet neighborhood not alot of amenities but located around a lot of stores for shopping. Has garages if you need extra space and a lot of parking space.

Staff is amazing and welcoming! Really made me feel at home. I had a maintenance issue that was quickly resolved ! The community is well kept!

It's a little frustrating with every new wave of people moving in - dogs off leash, owners not cleaning up after their pets, etc., and then having to report them because there are no cameras up for the management to manage the situation. There is also a lot of traffic as people who don't live here take advantage of using the back parking spaces to sit and smoke weed, and blare music, or speed up to the communal trash cans to offload their trash too. Not the greatest experience. Finally, we have had a poor experience with the installation of electrical panels and very short notice before the management will enter and even re-enter the apartments. Not ideal with pets in the mix and possibly having doors left open (luckily I was home). It was just very poorly handled and organised.

Maintenance staff is always there when you need them. Staff is friendly as are neighbors. Great location to schools, stores and community parks.

Neighbors are a a little noisy and parking could be better but the staff here is super friendly and made me feel very welcomed when I moved in.

Very cost effective apartment but maintenance team is really very good. Location is close proximity to everything needed in daily life. We have been here for 5= years

No really much to complain about. For one wish the apartments had lighting installed in rooms. Also It’s a minus that only optimum is available as a tv and internet. Big Minus Had no hot water from 3/17/23 - 3/23/23 only got information by calling. No notice about when we would have hot water again.

Poor maintenance service, we are getting hot water from last 6 days and management office giving fake hopes that they are working on it but still no hot water. Last year we had a cooling system and PSE&G bill paid us more then time then regular bill because of bad HVAC system, management decided to change but after 4 months and we lived without cooking for 4 months.

There have been several improvents around the property, ie: landscaping, and trash pick up. However, communications with the office staff has not been good. I have called the office three times just this week regarding the lack of hot water in my apartment. I called and left a message on Tuesday,5/16, no one contacted me. I then called again and spoke toGabriel on Thursday. 5/18. She informed me that there was a problem with the boiler. She said it had to be reset It is now Friday. 5/19. I called again this AM and still no response AND still no hot water.

I moved in 6 months ago. To my 2br apt and I must say that it has been a pleasant experience. No appliance issues, no noisy neighbors, the couple maintenance requests or in have been addressed quickest. Ifind the office staff is extremely pleasant. The in-house email & payment systems are very informative and convenient to use. 6-mos in trulyfind me glad I moved to Tanglewood Terrace.
