August 1, 2025 will mark two years since I moved into Sync at Harmony, and I still give it a full 5-star rating. My experience here has been nothing but positive. The management team is always responsive, especially when it comes to maintenance requests—they’re handled quickly and professionally. The amenities are a major highlight, particularly the pool, which is consistently clean and well-maintained. Having lived in Texas since 2014 and in three different apartment communities, I can confidently say this has been the best complex I’ve called home. Living here has truly been a wonderful experience.

It’s okay… the elevators go out every other month, large bugs always right outside of the doors and small bugs inside. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and comfortable. I think the water pressure is a bit low and some appliances in the apartments need an upgrade. Other than that it’s not too bad.

Lauren was amazing helping us navigate thru application process and with all the apps. Move in day was crazy but having an elevator was a huge plus. Felt good to know we were finally safe in our "new to us" place to call home.

The location is perfect for my needs and the community is great. Everything that you need is right around the corner.Traffic can be a bit congested at certain times of the day. Rent is high water pressure is low. I wish they would clean the air ducts. The 3 bedrooms is spacious and well laid out. As for amenities nothing special it has a pool and gym. Noise is minimal and quiet at night. Could use a little more lighting for the parking lots and needs more visitor parking spots. Maintenance is top notch

Wonderful view of the pool. Love the fireplace and the coffee station. It is very quiet compared to my previous apartment community. We need more community events to get to know our neighbors.

Definitely won’t be renewing our lease. We have the absolute worst upstairs' neighbors. They are very loud and disrespectful. I don’t think they sleep, they are always up, blundering, walk so hard my ceiling fans shake and pictures fall off our walls. All they do is argue and beat on the walls. No use in complaining anymore because nothing is being done about it. The courtesy officer is the worst, he does nothing when we call him and complain. We are so fed up with them. I have complained about them and reported them to management but NOTHING has been done. My family and I are so ready to move.

My rental experience overall has been a good one. Other than dog issues and occasional smoking incidents my stay has been a positive one. The staff is always very courteous and tries to help and the maintenance group are fantastic and repair whatever you problem is in record time.

Overall, my experience has improved since I first moved in. However, there are a few areas that could use some attention. The walls are a bit thin, and the water pressure could be stronger. Additionally, the WiFi service has been inconsistent recently. That said, aside from these issues, I’ve been generally satisfied with my living situation, and it’s certainly become more comfortable over time.

The complex is safe and quiet!! The apartment has a beautiful view from the 4th floor! The apartment is not new but maintained well! Lots of amenities that make life easier such as valet trash, parcel boxes, internet, pet packages, lots of safe parking, coffee bar, pool, barbecue area with dining to entertain friends/family for special occasions, gate activation on your phone, parking permit app on your phone, residence app for paying rent work orders and such, so many other things!!!! The Management staff is very nice and helpful!

We've been having a great experience here. It's in a very convenient location super close to grocery stores and restaurants. There's plenty of trails to walk. Generally it's pretty quiet. Staff is really nice and helpful. Overall great experience.

management staff nice and welcome. Peaceful place and quite, suitable for small family of 4. Good location with nearby HEB Groceries, coffee shop, restaurant and other services. Walking distance to school and Walmart.

The office staff is great. Very timely with maintenance requests and very pleasant to talk to. Could do a better job with enforcing lease rules such as no bikes in public areas but it’s not that big of a deal.

I’ve been at Sync at Harmony almost two years and can honestly say each year it gets better here. In my over 10 years experience living in apartments throughout Texas each year at a complex goes downhill. This is the first complex I can honestly say I love living at. Maintenance is very responsive, I love the community activities and just the order the leasing team puts in place to make sure the property remains clean and safe. I would definitely recommend.

We love living here, staff is friendly and helpful, however, I wish they would add speed bumps. People drive extremely fast through the complex. I almost had a head on collision with another vehicle because they drive through complex so fast and don’t pay attention to others. So dangerous. My other issue is the elevator in building 3 on second floor is ALWAYS broken, it will go up but not down. Desperately needs to be fixed.

I rated 5 months ago and I still feel the same way about SYNC, this is by far the best complex I have lived in. Other than the parking, loud noises from thin walls I love it here. Each time there is any issues, they are on top of it the same day or no later than the next day. The only cons I have is my patio privacy, everyone can see you from any unit and the trash fee is a bit pricey. But overall, I love the area it’s very nice and safe! This community has everything I need. I have had to have a few things done and each time Maintenence was right on it. The staff are friendly and have made things easier for us. Overall very satisfied.

It’s okay, for now. The elevators constantly go out though and the power randomly jumps. They need better pest control because there’s big cockroaches at night and the water pressure is low.

Apartments are nice and cozy and in a really good area. Lots of easy access to grocery and food places. The walls and ceilings are a little thin however so you can really hear when people stomp around. There are also some loud vehicles that are inconsiderate of the time of day sometimes.

It’s okay here at sync .Something is better and something is to be improved .Overall experience is 50 50.The maintenance team were great everytime we called them they helped in fixing the issue ASAP .

Lauren V. has been amazing through every step of our journey in finding a home at SYNC at Harmony! Everything so far in our first few days has been wonderful, except for the fact that the elevators weren't working on the day we moved in. That made the day a lot harder!

Great the only thing I didn’t have a good experience with was the broken elevator & having to switch units. Other than that it was a smooth transition

My moving in experience was far less than desirable. I was given keys that didn’t work, the elevator for my building was down, and my apartment was not acceptably cleaned. Once the issues were corrected, it’s been smooth sailing. The amenities are great, the grounds stay clean and kept, and overall it’s very quiet.

Grounds need to be updated with fresh mulch. One gate has remained open for several days. The trash by the dumpster is horrible with bags piled up outside the dumpster until pick up.

Frequently failing of elevator is a main concern. A month ago there was no elevator for 2(two) months. It has stopped working for a week now and there is no hope for another month. What is the guarantee that if at all this is fixed and continues functioning again.
