Property Ratings at Sunset Way
Been here for a few years and like everyone else has said, they raise the prices of the rent every year, doesn’t matter how long you’ve been here. The walls are incredibly thin, you can hear your neighbors. If anyone steps harder than on their tip toes, you can bet both of your neighbors will also fill it. They charge you for parking which is pointless considering people abuse it and if you arrive later than 8pm, good luck finding parking cause it will be full. There’s also certain parking spots that are not marked at all as not being allowed but if you park there, your car will be towed away. The inside of the apartment is mostly made of wood and things rot very easily. Everything is old and clearly very used. If you ask for repairs, unless it’s an emergency, there’s a good chance it’ll never be done. Stay as far away from here as possible.
The attention is very bad. Each year they raise rent almost 100 dollars. Apartments expensive, small and with poor quality. The structures of the buildings are made of wood and are all rotted inside. They are like an old woman with a little make-up. And every month they change their policies about parking. Run away from this place while you can.
Every year they raise $ 100 rent, no matter how long you live in the condo ... You have to pay for the trash and although there are parking available, they do not have numbering so if you arrive at 11 pm to work you have to turn For all the parking to see if you find one free
