Beautiful Apartment Community Love the layout of apartment buildings and the landscape. Clubhouse was gorgeous. The leasing office associates were very friendly and helpful at explaining the apartments that were available and which ones would best fit my needs.

I love my apartment!! I just recently moved in. I absolutely love the office staff. They have been awesome since I started my process on trying to move in. The girls in the office are all super sweet and the office manager Melissa was very helpful and welcoming. The community is quite and very well kept. My daughters and I love it!! Location to shopping and family is GREAT!! We will definitely be here for a while :)
These apartments are very nicely designed and reasonable with rent. The grounds are beautiful, have nice amenities and the location has great access to shopping restaurants and easy access to the highway. The staff is extremely helpful and sponsors fun resident parties to help to get to know your neighbors. That goes a long way in helping build a nice community.
We have had multiple issues with the maintenance of the apartment. Work orders are put in and nothing is done, some are even marked complete and no one comes to look at the issue. The maintenance supervisor is too worried about drinking his coffee and talking down to residents than he is with fixing minor issues that the residence expect complete. If other properties in this company are run the same way I don’t see how this company makes money.

I have lived here 9 months, I have had work order put in before I move into my apartment that still have not been addressed, there are not enough parking spaces so if you leave at night you have to park you car somewhere you can see your apartment. The outdoor hallways have not been cleaned since I've been here. Good location, good potential, horrible experience.

I have been living here for just over a year. I love the location! My apartment has a huge amount of natural light and the bedrooms are spacious. I have had good interactions with the staff when issues arose.

Aside from its location, there are not many redeeming qualities this apartment has to offer. The kitchen is pathetically small, and the dishwasher is a joke (pointless to use it if you plan on getting your dishes clean). The bathroom is an even bigger joke. The vanity looks like it was made in 1935...and the towel rack is over 6 ft from the edge of the tub. Whoever designed this bathroom must've been incompetent or high on drugs. Lastly, no matter how many times I scream about the littany of dog waste surrounding the complex, nothing seems to improve. At least they provide new-ish washer/dryer combo. Otherwise it would be a total loss.

The staff at Sundance, both in the office and the maintenance staff, are really great and very responsive. Compared to other apartments in the area with similar amenities and size, they are very affordable.

There's better places in the Indianapolis area, but if you're constrained to the south or southeast side, this place is very nice. Small gym, pool, bball courts nearby, tennis and racquetball, and stocked ponds! There's a lot of nice features. Personally, if I could live anywhere in Indy, I would look for a 24 hr gym (theirs closes around 11pm and opens around 6am, so I can't work out before work since I leave at 5am). Service can be good or bad depending on who you get, so I always try to discuss issues with Ashley- she's the best to work with if you're looking to move here.
