An hour north of Austin and just 36 miles south of Waco, Temple is a wonderful place for the whole family in Texas. Founded as a railroad town in 1881, residents enjoy the historical significance of Temple’s railroads. Be sure to visit the Temple Railroad and Heritage Museum in the city’s historic Santa Fe Depot to explore the history of working and traveling on the railroad. Good apartments. Well kept. They keep up with cleaning the grounds and grooming of trees etc.

Summit Ridge Apartments has a very friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner. There's nothing about living here that is not to love!
It's an okay apartment, the rent is too high and the building itself is old. so you don't know when things will start breaking. When you call for maintenance to fix something it takes 24-48hrs before they arrive.
We moved to into Summit Ridge to get more space for less money than our apartment in Belton, and that's exactly what we got. The outside and inside have been updated pretty well and the office and maintenance staff are very nice. The only downside was that the carpet could've used replacing before we moved in and sometimes there just wasn't enough staff to complete maintenance requests in a timely manner. But these are minor complaints for the price. Also, the complex has a very family friendly atmosphere and the location is great!
