The open kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. Spacious living room with fireplace and ready for wall mounted TV. Both bedrooms have walk in closets & attached baths with granite counters! The washer and dryer are included with the Lease. Each unit has cobblestone patio & walkways. Summit apartments are leased to active SMU students, and you must be a student at the time that you sign the lease. Consideration for faculty and staff leases will be made based on availability. Applications are processed in the order they are received, based on unit availability at the time.
