The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Summit Gardens
I had nothing but problems there. They are suing me 3 years AFTER I moved out! I don't owe them a penny and I NEVER got my deposit back. They're insane!!!! No respect for tenants.
The worst place I ever lived and I been homeless before. They are the worst to rent from. Everything breaks and its always your fault. They raise the rent $200/month every year. Try to charge you double rent if it is late. Loud construction every weekend morning. Put papers in your door with new rules they feel like adding. Better off living under a bridge!!!
I’m a current resident since 2017, We spent our worst winters in SDK Summit Gardens in Hackensack, heat is always off, many excuses, boiler is always not working, and you will get nothing if you complained, I don’t recommend it at all, it is the experience ever.
The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are nice for the price.
