When I notice issues within my apartment or around the community that require attention, the staff works hard to address residents' complaints and concerns promptly. Thank you.

Outside of the building looks amazing. Inside of the building can be more cleaner. Like the first floor mopped more often and the floors with carpet vacuumed more often. When the power go out the elevator will not work.

Love the staff and how they handle requests and their disposition to help and support residents. Always willing to do their best in order to solve any problem.

The leasing team, reception team and the maintenance team are all great. Very supportive and addresses issues swiftly. Of course there are some downsides such as no play area for the kids but in a good location and safe to live in

I have enjoyed living here so far. It’s a great community. They have a lot to offer and I’m near a lot of stories and restaurants. The staff has great customer service and very helpful.

Experience has been ok so far. I’ve noticed a few things that I don’t like but it’s beyond my control. 1) parking structure has been under construction since I moved in, very inconvenient and no privacy. 2) cars speed through our parking structure 3) hallways are always dirty and smell

We love the community, it’s been almost 1 year and we have great support from the leasing team. It’s pet friendly community and the gym has great facilities.

My resident experience has been tolerable—there have been no overall issues. If I can change anything, it would be the office's/ cooperation in enforcing all rules outlined in the lease.

We were so lucky living in this apartment and community area, as everything is so close. It is so quiet and peaceful, no disturbances at all.

I love living here. Everything is near by very convenient no need to drive far for grocery shopping. Very nice and quiet property. Maintenance guys are great.

It’s a great community to stay with family members and it’s secure. It has more parking availability. The neighbours are friendly and it’s pet friendly. I love staying here

I’m in the process of getting ready to move soon and I’ve had a pretty smooth process. Had one hiccup but Ashley was a rockstar and helped me out!

The apartment complex and the surrounding neighborhood are safe places to live. However, most tenants still have issues keeping their dogs on a leash.

Best apartment community I have ever been around. They have a nice fitness center, a coffee shop an apart of the building and the units are modern and up to date.

Really a great place for living. Near to Sam’s, Walmart , Tom Thomas, Andy’s, Indian groceries, Total wine and etc. Good maintenance and a very good staff .

I’ve had a great experience living here! The gym is well-equipped and clean, making it easy to stay active. The locality is fantastic—quiet, safe, and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The management is responsive, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. It has been a great experience(maybe even the best one I e had) living in this apt. Maintenance is top notch, always on top of requests and completing it within the same week.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! They are always so friendly and go above and beyond to address any concerns I have. The grounds are beautifully kept, always clean and well-maintained

Happy resident so far. There are a few things that I’ve noticed and could use some improvement. 1) hallways don’t get cleaned often 2) gate is always out of service 3) during snow days, staff did not put sand to make it safe For everyone

Love being a resident! Maintenance is great they get to the work orders quickly and get everything done! Love the amenities especially the game lounge.

I have lived here for almost 5 years and love it! The property is well kept, office staff is great and they have been so willing to work with me during this very trying and difficult past year.

My resident experience has been good. The leasing office is quick to respond and are always willing to work with you. I wish the garage gate wouldn't stop working so often which makes me worry about my safety.

This apartment is located perfectly, the only complaints that I have concern the appliances which are extremely cheap for the amount of rent we are paying and the parking garage is an absolute joke.

Its a refreshing community with all the key amenities that no one will be disappointed with the community. So far the best that I have ever experienced

The apartment complex is located in a good location offering many different restaurants and shopping centers at a close distance. Only complain would be people letting their dogs on the elevator and not cleaning up after them

Front office ladies and maintenance staff are very helpful and pleasant. Appreciated and enjoyed the community Halloween party and awareness meetings! Hope there are more ways to engage and connect with staff and tenants!

I love living at a summit at Stonebriar because of all of the staff! All front desk staff has been very helpful and kind with all my issues. Maintance has been very attentive and moving here was ma easy transition. Andrea and Ashley have been so helpful with all my requests. I am very impressed with their leasing skills. I wanted to sign my lease the moment after my tour ended, that is how a tour is done! Great job! I am so happy to be apart of this community.

I would recommend Summit at Stonebriar, there are never any issues. When I put in a work order it is done the next day. The gym is 24/7 which is amazing

I've had a wonderful experience so far and Ashley is so sweet and helpful! She's always there to help with any needs I have. The maintenance keeps the place clean also,which I love.

It has been a very lovely experience being here in this apt complex. Coffee right downstairs, gym open 24/7, big tv in the common area, and everyone is so respectful of their neighbors

I am so happy to be a resident of this great place - it is very clean and well maintained! I truly love the free coffee arrangements- it saves my morning. Leasing agents are very cordial and welcoming !

I really like this apartment complex because it’s so close to a lot of stuff. I can go shopping, see a movie, play mini golf, get my car washed etc all within 5 minutes of this place. And I have to say the maintenance team is second to none here, they respond to requests so quick plus they are super friendly and helpful.

Summit at Stonebriar has been my home for 7 years. In fact, I did the walkthrough of my apartment when it was still under construction. It is the perfect location for shopping, restaurants and activities (Legacy West, The Star, Stonnebriar Mall, The Grandscape). The schools close by have exceptional ratings. The amenities are great especially the resort style pool and the gym is fully equipped.

I have to say this is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The unit we have is amazing, everything was clean and top notch when moving in. Additionally, their staff is constantly on top of things, even answering emails sent on the weekend within minutes

A must try place to rent in and around Frisco city. Ideal location with all essentials in the walkable vicinity. Overall a great place to consider for your renting needs

The personnel, services, maintenance, office, and facilities are commendable. However, the children's play area is insufficient in size; it would be beneficial to have a dedicated game room for children to enjoy. Additionally, the proximity of major stores within a one-mile radius and the convenient access to SH-121 are significant advantages for this community.
