Summercrest Burleson Apartments

My experience has been good. Whenever I have something that needs fixing or replacing, maintenance typically comes and gets it done within a day. My only concern is still the entrance gate not being operational.

Office management was fantastic! My move went very smooth and communication was great. Maintenace team is fast and accurate with completing work orders.

Still waiting to see when these new gates that were installed months ago are going to start actually being used because I loved paying for a gated community that hasn't been really gated for months. But they sure will send out those rent increases ????. The countless time of random teenage groups hanging by the pool trying to sell drugs and they don't even live here and the near misses of trying to leave and enter the community again because they installed gates that have yet to work and it's coming up on almost a year that they have been here.

Nice community friendly staff. Nice surrounding area near schools and eateries. The neighborhood is nice and mostly quiet. Apartments are located near shopping centers.

The gates have been broken too long. People try speeding through them without watching if anyone else is there. And they are going out the entrance and in the exit. One car tried to come in through exit while I was going out it and even tried to make me back up so they could enter through there.

My experience has been great so far. I'm still a bit concerned about the issue with the gates leading into the complex being kept open since anyone could just drive in and do whatever they want but my experience with the complex itself hasn't been bad.

Great experience from beginning to end!! Wonderful team and excellent customer service!! The communication was excellent and replies were always prompt and thorough from the team!

The apartments are in a nice central area, where you can get to virtually anywhere in Burleson within 5-10 minutes. You can also get to the highway within 5-10 minutes.

Convenience in location to shopping and other community activities such as entertainment and dining. Great service and maintenance when needed! Our apartment is beautiful and grounds are kept nice and clean.

It literally took one day to get everything done and the girls in the office are extremely nice and helpful especially Vanessa. I love living there it’s clean quiet and cozy

Don’t have any issues love it here. Been here over year nothing nice friendly staff. Any requests are done promptly and right. Nothing but good stuff to say

Great place and great community. Love the school. Love how we have a lot of good stores and fun places. Very peaceful and everyone is respectful.

It is quiet managers are fantastic no problems whatsoever thank you very much people are very nice anytime I need something they are very quick to help me

Nice area and community overall. Close to schools and shopping areas. Limited entertainment in the area. It is over priced. like other communities near by.

I like the amenities. I do have a problem with the landscapers who cannot figure put how to fill all of the holes and left it up to Zach to do. Even so, I fell in one a few months ago, twisted my knee. Had to go to ER then my provider for an MRI before even going to an ortho. Ended up having knee surgery. And I don't think the management really makes about that

Staff are friendly, many other residents have little respect for others. Loud music at ALL hours (can be heard indoors over my own TV). Stomping around above us. We do complain, but there's not much that can be done I guess.

My personal experience has been great so far. The only thing is that whenever there is an issue with the gates that lead into the community, it tends to take a while to resolve that issue. Currently the gates are constantly open, due to an upgrade that's supposed to be happening soon I believe, but one of the reasons I chose this complex was because the gate system gave a sense safety to me and my partner. I do hope this problem gets solved soon.

Nice place to live. Well kept and quiet (except for the trains). Management has always been responsive to any needs or concerns that I have informed them of. easy place for me to live. Close to work, shopping and restaurants.

Great apartment complex, quiet and well maintained, good sized dog park and pool area, friend staff, plenty of parking and easily accessible trash areas

It’s been great here! The management is very responsive and understanding. The community here is safe and the complex is quiet for the most part. Lots of fur babies since we are right next to the dog park.

Just moving in but already love it. The process has been smooth and easy. The apartment was clean and I’m looking forward to being here for a while

I enjoy the cleanliness of the apartment complex, the landscaping, the pool and parking spaces! The complex is also well lit at night making it very safe. The entry and exit gates prevent non residents from loitering in the complex! And the gym is accessible 24/7!

I love the office staff. They made my move in process easy. Any little hiccup they were fast to solve it. I 100% recommend them. Vanessa and MacKenzie are the best.

Had a wonderful experience the last 2 years. We have the best maintenance! They are fast and very very efficient! I like the gated community!

Everything so far has been great love the managers maintenance is quick the grounds are clean can ask for anything more. It's pretty quiet of course we do have trains but other than that it's very quiet

Living in a community requires respect from all neighbors and guidance from the management. This is a fairly nice, and so far, safe place to live in, but as always, it is mostly inevitable to have people with poor or no manners or education in the community, often with not fault of their own but just lack of education. For such cases, monthly letters/reminders regarding “good neighbor” practices can go a long way in informing and educating those who, for instance, don’t pick up after their dogs, park their cars poorly, or dump trash anywhere. In addition, establishing, informing, AND ENFORCING fines for infractions are an excellent incentive to achieve results. In the almost three years I’ve lived here and suggested multiple times such type of letters from the management, I’m yet to see the first one. This shows lack of interest and negligence on the side of whoever is in charge of overseeing “community rules” may it be the local management or the corporate office. PLEASE ACT.

Great amenities. Maintenance is always available and responds promptly. Although the landscaping could use some help with filling in some of the holes as well as monitoring of poop pickup by owners.

The office has been great to work with. We just have trouble with maintenance getting back to us about our needed repairs. Some residents do not pickup after their dogs.

Although I’ve only been living here for three months, my experience has been very pleasant. I gave five stars because every time I’ve gone to the office, I was treated kindly, and the atmosphere is very friendly.

It's pretty quiet around here and there doesn't seem to be too much mischief going on. Maintenance is very responsive whenever they are needed which is good. The grounds are kept nice and clean as well.

I love living here, the view is beautiful and it's quiet. I love my apartment, it's spacious and has everything I need plus the built-in desk is great. The big bedroom window, and large bathroom with the walk-in closet, I am so happy.

Very good Community friendly staff. The property is well kept. There is limited play areas for children. Fitness area is well lit and equipment maintained. Overall quiet environment .

Our residential experience has been great. The office team continues to do a great job of helping us out with any questions we have and our neighbors are amazing

Nothing but good things to say about Summercrest Apartments. The community is nice , we moved here because it was ducked off not very many people knew about them . More people have moved in but there are not as many issues as I’ve seen at other apartments. And this new gate system just used the score. Now if we can just get people to stop littering in breezeways and parking lot and pick up after their pets including the kids who walk the animals.

Great community my family and I have been here for two months and find that the community was welcoming and kind would recommend Summercrest

We really enjoy living here close to family and lots of fun activities and restaurants. There's so much to do and this apartment suits us perfectly!

I like the amenities although I don't use the gym very often it is quite adequate for doing a great workout. The pool area is well maintained as well as Zach rocks at trying to keep everything maintained in good order The other maintenance people are also on top of things as well.

Great staff and very helpful during the move in. Very friendly neighbors who treat you respect and enjoy getting to know you a little. The apartment feels like a home and the maintenance team is top tier! Quick and will fix any problems you have.

Very nice ladies in the office. I like some of the amenities like the rewards program. There's only been a few small issues but other than that the community is good.

It's been great so far. We moved in June 2024 and have no complaints. The staff and neighbors are kind and helpful. The grounds stay clean. Any issue is dealt with swiftly.

Went above and beyond to help me. They answered any questions I had immediately without delay. They were understanding and so kind through the whole process.

Some people could be a little more respectful cleaning up trash and picking up dog poo but overall it's very good. Office staff is always attentive and maintenance is very capable and quick.
