I came in looking for an apartment for me and my family and Jordanne in the office was so nice and helpful, the property was clean and seems like a nice neighborhood for a family I’ll definitely come back in the fall when I’m ready to move

We lived here for several years and we took care of our apartment. We paid for carpet cleaners regularly every 4 months because we are obsessed with having a clean apartment. In California it is *illegal* for your apartment to take out of your deposit for normal wear and tear. I guarantee there was no excessive wear and tear on our apartment. And yet, we received our bill in the mail and Summer Meadows has nickeled and dimed us to the point that not a single cent of our deposit was return. Not one SINGLE cent. That is how you can tell they went out of their way to keep every last penny. We were charged for random fees for anything their accountant could possibly think of. Do NOT chose to live here! But if you have to, don't take care of your place. It's not worth it. Since they will take it all away from your deposit anyway, don't spend the time or energy to take care of their property.
