The facility is ok, great location. But it seems things keep breaking or need repaired. Very strict rules and wish the parking spot is not assigned. We should be able to park wherever, since we paid parking. Need to be FCFS. Communications need improved as well.

I love living at the carmin, I moved here two years ago after staying on the dorms freshman year and have stayed ever since. The amenities are great with the rooftop pool and study rooms on every floor

Maintenance and the carmin staff are friendly and respond quickly. The complex if also well maintained and clean. The only thing that sucks is that ppl are always at honey to a bee and come in and sit by the mail area

living at the carmin has been fine. A lot of issues within the apartment itself toilet has overfilled several times dryer machine continuously does not work power will go off occasionally and need to re set breaker typically every day. Besides that it has been good.

It’s been nice living here I just wish they had a coffee bar and that the hot tub was a bit warmer I think the heater does not work as well as it used to.

I like how close it is to campus and that the streetcar is right infront of the apartment. That makes it much easier to travel to and from campus.

Great amenities, room size, and location. The area has been clean and has never gave me any big problems. The place is pet friendly, but I think it is an extra fee. Food places are close and right off the metro station.

my residency here has been amazing, the staff is so good and everyone's been so helpful. ive only had a few apartment issues such as air conditioning etc and the second I ask for help the maintenance comes in an hour. they are fantastic.

The staff here is very friendly. I haven’t had any problems living it. It’s very close to campus and alot of stores. The rooftop pool is so nice and has the best views of the sunset

The facility is clean. Front desk staffs are friendly and professional. Good communications as well. They can be a bit too strict on minor things which is annoying.

Not bad, but lot of water leaks in the apartment. We have tried getting it fixed as well but it still leaks near the sink. We also keep the apartment clean but always see cockroaches and sometimes the hall smells very strongly of trash. Not so pleasant..

I greatly enjoy the Carmin. I love the industrial style and rooftop pool. Also, the gym is very nice and tucked away, and I like the climbing wall. Anytime I have had a maintenance request it gets resolved pretty immediately.

The apartment itself is nice as far as the rooms and amenities. The staff can be rude and non accommodating but the for the most part it’s okay as long as you get your concerns resolved by a manager. But overall i’m enjoying living here so far with a few hiccups.

I love living here! it's so cozy and roomy. Great atmosphere to live in. Amazing amenities include a two-story gym and a sauna. It's not noisy at all. Great environment

I’ve had an excellent experience living in this apartment community. The management and staff are always responsive and ensure that the property is well-maintained. The amenities are top-notch, including a modern gym, a beautiful pool area, and community spaces that are great for socializing or working remotely. The apartments themselves are spacious, with updated appliances and plenty of natural light. The location is also perfect, offering easy access to local restaurants, shops, and public transportation.

Living here in the carmin has a amazing experience. I would recommend to anybody. Between the amenities and the closure to ASU has become the best decision i had made to come live here.

I like staying here , the management is Nic and the pool and lounge is nice. The staff is really helpful with everything. I got lucky with the roommate placement so I love my roommates

it was an easy process and did not take too long which is very nice, I have yet to be able to access the card so I hope it is easy to add it to my apple wallet

I love it here. The rooms are spacious, the 24 hour sauna is prefect after a long day of work and school and the rooftop pool is perfect for tanning

Office staff are friendly. I will advise against parking your bike in the bike lock area near the leasing office since I have had a bike stolen twice. Depending on bike size, the bike should fit even in a studio apartment (as is my case, albeit it makes the unit a bit more cramped).

When I moved in my room and bathroom were extremely clean and the walls were freshly painted. It made the move in process less stressful. The Luxer One drop boxes works really easy for picking up packages and I love that you don’t have to pay for the services unless you leave your package for more than 3 days.

I have had an excellent time living at The Carmin. my only regret is not getting attached bathroom. And I only have one complaint, which is the time it takes for maintenance to handle the requests I have made.

This will be my 3rd year living at the Carmin, and my experience has gotten better each year. After remodeling, new marketing, and going through new branding, the Carmin has become a great place to live and in such a convenient spot. The price is outrageous, but it’s comparable to other apartments near campus.

I really like the amenities, the delivery service, the valet trash service, and overall the experience of living at the Carmin! The maintenance requests are done fairly quickly and I would recommend this place to others!

I've been living at The Carmin for 2 months now, and I can honestly say it's the best decision I've ever made. The staff is friendly and responsive, the amenities are top notch, and the location is perfect for my commute. My apartment is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light and a great view. The community is nice and respectful, and I've loved getting to know my neighbors. The parking is convenient, and the gym and pool are always clean and well maintained. I've had zero issues with maintenance requests, and the office staff is always willing to lend a hand. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else!

Love the staff, they are kind and always extremely helpful. Amenities are awesome., my favorite is the pool. The only thing is that electricity bill is crazy.

Love this apartment! The staff is super friendly and helpful. the amenities here are great and everything is kept very clean. The coffee shop and el ps are also amazing places downstairs!

I am happy with the Carmin this year as my apartment, it is much cleaner and better managed then the place I was at least school year. The amenities are great, the pool and study rooms have been my most used.

The Carmin is a really cool place to live, with lots of fun and useful amenities. I appreciate all of the helpful people at the leasing office! Everyone is very friendly and promptly takes care of any issues that may arise. I also like the resident events that they put together. So far, I have had a great experience!
