The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Strata on California
If I could give more than 5 starts for the team and our experience moving into Strata I would! From the day we toured through the entire process and move-in, we have received top notch stellar customer service. Both Rachael and Jordan have been super quick on all email and maintenance communications. Our first day in the apartment we had a fluke with our toilet not working properly and both Rachael and Jordan were quick to not only respond but also fix the issue. Our big move in day, Jordan was able to address a couple other minor maintenance requests same day and even hand delivered a package so it wouldn’t be left in the package waiting area. Thank you to Rachael and Jordan for showing us what amazing customer service in property management tshould be. We are so happy we moved here!
Management is terrible, the hallways stink, noisey neighbors, people smoking around your apartment so you always smell cigarette smoke, there is a sketchy low-income apartment right next door, cheap appliances, drawers fall off the hinges, blinds damage easily, etc. They should be charging a few hundred less a month.
They call this luxury apartments but there is nothing luxury about them. They are basic apartments that fall apart in about 3 months. Knobs coming off drawers, curtains that break off if you brush them the wrong way, drawers coming unhinged, and trimming coming off the wall. Management is almost never in the office so you can just walk up and talk to someone. It's always over email because like I said, no one is in office. They spread the office workers around different complexes because they are so understaffed. Maintenance takes days to come fix things and when they do its never properly fixed. When its time for you to move out they won't give you your deposit back and will come up with bullshit excuses as to why you didn't get it back. Ours was a DIRTY OVEN they charged $400 to clean! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.
I lived in these apartments for 2 years with my fiancee and it was nothing but problems. We didn’t get to see the unit until the day of move in and there were so many issues even at that point. We were on the ground floor right next to the side entrance door which was CONSTANTLY broken. The door slammed so loud that it shook our apartment, and it was on the same wall as our bed. The insulation in this building is a joke. It sounded like our upstairs neighbors were dropping bowling balls and had a pet elephant. You could hear what the neighbors on the sides of you and above you almost at all times. It is a non smoking building but management doesn’t seem to remember that. The “landscaping” outside the building is awful. The tree’s lining Graham block out any sunlight that might try to enter the apartments on the north side of the building. The trees that line the street drop leaves and management barely does anything to clean them.Graham is full of puddles because there’s no drainage for water, this leads to copious amounts of mud and leaves that you track into your apartment. When MHE bought out the complex things got worse. Management was constantly changing and hard to get in touch with. The app to pay rent was broken so we had to constantly ASK how much our rent and utilities were. They are a super shady company that is just after your money. We moved out in May of 2020 and spent about 5 hours cleaning the apartment top to bottom and then received only 18% of our deposit back. They used ridiculous reasoning and excuses to charge us for things that were normal wear and tear and things that weren’t even damaged. The cons heavily outweigh the pros, the rent is ridiculous considering there’s no amenities, and with the addition of the West Seattle bridge being closed indefinitely, it makes this complex and location highly undesirable.
