The management team is the item that keeps us here!!
The gentleman who assisted me was kind, quick and efficient. I submitted my service request to fix a few things after I moved in and within 20 minutes the maintenance guy was already working on the issues.
Great location and kind staff. Property is always very clean and feels secure!
Depending on the current prices - what I pay is a good price but the price for my unit now is too high I think
I would not recommend this complex based on security concerns. I am aware of multiple occasions where vehicles have been burglarized in the garage and it does not appear the complex has addressed this issue.
Garage security was not completely secure. Car was broken into the first week I lived here
I feel safe here, residents are respectful and staff is really responsive and professional. THe community is well taken care of as well.

I like that the facilities (pool gym etc) are never too crowded.
The service level at Strata has always been excellent. Porfy is great and extremely courteous and friendly.

I lived at Strata for three years in a 2 BR and loved being part of the community. The building is safe and well-maintained. When exploring 1 BR options however, the unit prices at Strata were significantly more expensive than other communities nearby which was the primary reason I left the community.
I think the complex is in the perfect location & is the best quality apartment in the area for a very reasonable price
Neighbors are noisy and the apartments are kind of dated at this point with weird tan paint colors. I would rather see grey and white. Hard to find ground floor parking at night so sometimes have to park on level 5 when I live on the ground floor. Tow people who don't live there. Always visitors parking on the ground floor of parking garage.
I would recommend this apt for the amenities, unit layout and design, and management. I would not recommend it because the price point is higher and there is no way to reduce the amount of noise that is heard from surrounding units.
Solid amenities for the price paid.
It was clean, felt safe and like it could be a good home.
I really love the finishes in the apartment, with the dark hardwood floor and tall ceilings. The pool is great, and is so big that it's easy to socially distance right now. Everyone at the leasing office is fantastic! They always answer my questions and help me any time I need it. The maintenance and environmental services staff go above and beyond. I've always been very impressed with how quickly things get done and their demeanor. My dog also thinks they're the best humans! My only minor issues with this apartment building is how often the elevator near me goes down, and that the fob frequently doesn't work (or takes a few minutes to work) at the garage gate and some entrances.
Just a few cons. Upon moving in the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom had numerous water stains on all cabinets which was frustrating as the appear dirty often. Also the noise outside our apartment is pretty bad. Frequently the dumpsters are being moved, more brought in, etc. and that can be very noisy and unnecessary. They also take up 3-4 parking spots that is a little frustrating given a pro is that there is outside parking. The lawn mowing also starts incredibly early.
It is the best value for the cost compared to competitors in the area

I viewed a lot of communities in this area when I was searching. This community stuck with me as well as my mother. The cleanliness as well as the overall build quality. This is a premium community. You can definitely see that in the pricing but I think it is worth it.
I have really enjoyed my time here, the amenities are great and a good location. I do wish there was some form of security at all times though.
I would not recommend. Everything else about this place has been great, except I literally had to move one identical apartment over, in order to get the same cheaper rate that was given to the person who moved into the exact apartment I moved out of. It was an unnecessary hassle.
We would recommend this community to our friends and family as long as they're okay with the area. Henderson has gotten very difficult to drive on which is a problem. We also struggle with the amount of dog poop around the building. However, we really appreciate the maintenance staff and office personnel. They are so quick to respond to any request!
Strata is just simply the overall BEST home I could ever give my rent money to!
Trash rooms get overloaded with trash and hallway floors could use deep cleaning. Garage needs blind spot mirrors on curves on all levels and more cameras need to be installed to address recent break-ins
Love the pool, gym, and apartment amenities. Not a fan of the layout of the living room size versus the bedroom size.
Everything has been great with a few exceptions: The elevator by my apartment is out constantly, often on the weekends. The entrance gates are down very often. There have been multiple thefts in the garage since I have lived here and I'm concerned that more safety measures have not been put in place.
I've only been here a couple weeks, and the staff is very responsive and the move-in was very simple.

I absolutely love living here I have a couple of friends that will most likely be moving here within the next few months.
I have no complaints at all. I love the package delivery and how quickly my maintenance requests are resolved.
It is beautiful and has great amenities. Also, the staff are all very friendly and inviting :)
The management and maintenance staff has always been very helpful, and the quality if the complex itself is great. I've actually already recommended it to a friend.
The only thing I wish my apt had was a bigger balcony. It's not very sufficient in term of getting any type of patio furniture out there.
Layla and Viktoriya are very helpful and have been great and quick to respond to my requests. Any maintenance request is answered in a timely manner. I love the daily trash pick up and the package concierge as well.
The maintenance technician called me to tell me that they also painted the door frame of my apartment which was not in my request. They did more work than I had requested and I appreciated them being very thorough and also calling me to tell me that they worked on it.
My truck and wife suv was broken into 4 times. The parking garage wasn?t kept up and caused my carpet to be dirty. Upon leaving I was charged for new carpet.
Still a lot of community features that haven?t been fixed for almost a year now.
A little higher priced than others with same features or more in the same area.
Maintenance problem still not fixed... could?ve left a note saying what he thought was wrong and how he fixed it.
I was helped by Patrick and when I say he was AMAZING, he was literally just that! He was very attentive and knowledgeable. He gave a great tour and showed me everything they had to offer plus more! He listened to me when I rambled about my personal life, and gave me great feedback. Even though I have decided to renew at my current home I will definitely put Strata at the top of my list!

Based on maintenance alone, I would have to say this complex is very quick to respond
I was extremely happy with how quickly my light bulbs were changed. I especially like the note left saying who entered the apartment. Great communication and timely!
I absolutely recomened this to my friends however there is a perception that the community is more expensive then what it is.
Given that this property has had plenty of time to work out its kinks and issues, as long as they are able to keep their pricing reasonable, this should be a nice community to live in.
