If you are looking for a safe, convenient and clean place to call home Sotryline is what you are looking for! Not only are they a walking distance from many eateries and grocery stores but the farmers market only a 5 min walk! The amenities are wonderful and the rooftop is gorgeous! The staff is extremely nice and professional! We worked with Grant and he is awesome! We worked at OHSU and our drive was so quick. Also helps that they have great parking that is safe and monitored. We were sad to leave due to new jobs in a new state or else we would have renewed our contract. I give Storyline an A+ all around!

I enjoy the privacy between neighbors Storyline offers. The gym is a great addition although I personally wish it was bigger and with more/different machines - but I’ve still enjoyed using it everyday, regardless! The security system makes me feel safe, and I’ve never had a package stolen before.

Management has been nothing but lovely towards me and make me feel welcomed and at home. Thank you guys!!

Ive been here for 3 weeks and Im loving it here so far. Everyone Ive met in the elevator or made small talk with throughout the building are very nice, staff is always friendly and helpful, I always feel safe, and love that they take cleanliness seriously!

I love my view! I love the floor to ceiling windows in my apartment. The kitchen island makes so much difference. Management is outstanding.

Storyline offers a personal experience. The employees are helpful, friendly and kind. You can tell they care about you and are professional. Austin who did the maintenance service is great. He is very thorough and thoughtful in addressing our concerns.

Have had nothing but a great experience with this apartment. Made a move from out of state during the pandemic. This could be difficult during regular times and it couldn't have gone smoother. Mark in the leasing office was so helpful, kind and really on top of everything we needed to make the move happen. Fast communication. Beautiful apartment and great location. Thank you!

I had to move out of this apartment complex because I couldn't afford it anymore, otherwise I would still be living there. This isn't so much a negative for this complex though as it is a demonstration of some of the problems with renting in Portland in general. If you can afford to live here and you want to stay somewhere a bit nicer, there are a lot of good things about this place. The appliances are all new and work very well, something that is always important to me. The apartment I had had great AC and the shower always had hot water. The staff were always very nice and friendly, and always got back to me quickly when I had issues. The complex is in a great location if you're a PSU student. It's just a short walk to the main campus, meaning it should only take about 10-15 minutes to walk to class, which is very nice. I also liked that the complex is very close to the freeway entrance, which is very convenient if you work outside the city. I didn't experience the same problem with the elevators that some of the other reviewers were talking about but I would recommend renting on a lower floor in the case that the elevators aren't available so you can take the stairs. My one complaint about this apartment is parking. I'm not taking a star off for this though because parking is horrendous no matter where you go in the city and especially downtown. Portland in general charges exorbitant amounts for parking so it is what it is. If you have a car you will most likely be parking it in PSU's parking structure 3 (the complex can get you a permit for it). While it isn't too far of a walk to get to parking structure 3 from the complex, it's still a noticeable difference compared to some of the places I have lived where parking is on-site. With that said, if you're looking for a place downtown that's a little bit nicer, and especially if you're a PSU student who can afford it, this place is definitely worth a look.

The maintenance staff was great. The leasing and management staff were below average. Soundproofing between units is not good. Lack of built in lighting was an issue. Elevators are frequently reserved for move-ins; this is great when you are moving in, not so great when you come home and have to walk up a dozen flights of stairs. I recommend taking your move in inspection very seriously and itemizing any and all damages no matter how small. During move in my wife and I noted several minor issues with paint in some areas of the living room and a scuff on the bathroom floor; we were assured that these were superficial issues and not the sort of larger things we might get charged for when moving out. We also noted after moving in that the sliding closet doors had been put up while paint was still wet and were stuck together. We notified the onsite staff of the issue. One year later we move out and get a bill for touch up paint in the living room and on the closet doors.

Amazing staff, the moving experience was amazing and beyond, I didnt have to worry about my moving, all detailed were explained easily. My experience overall was beyond my expectations. Amazing place to live in, nice view, clean and big units, good location.

Storyline apartment is one of the best! I love how I can control my own ac and heater in my home! Also, the view from the 14th floor community space is priceless!
