Story Mt. Zion

It has been a great experience from signing my lease to moving in. It is very quiet. There has been issues with the entrance gates but I see they are actively working on fixing them. Maintenance is quick and very nice. Overall I love it here thus far.

Not satisfied with parking, there should be a visitor parking area so that as a resident I have somewhere to park when I arrive back at my apartment. Having to find somewhere to park is just insane to me.

The community consistently maintains a clean and welcoming environment, which significantly contributes to a high quality of life. The atmosphere is notably calm and peaceful, making it a true retreat.

Everything great!!! Moving was easy. Monty very helpful and attentative. Love the place, apartment and it’s great location next to everything!

Move in was seamless . From the initial tour, paperwork and actual move in . Everyone and Everything was awesome . The office staff is wonderful and readily available to help.

My experience here has been nothing but the best ! Every sense we first applied Ms.Danielle was so sweet and fast with getting us in . It’s always so clean and everyone in the neighborhood is nice.

After one call I knew this was the place that I wanted to reside. The customer service of the staff is awesome and welcoming. The were able to answer all my questions and adjust my move in date which was awesome!

Great area, clean all over property and the gates actually work compared to other properties. Story is a great place. It’s also very close to the highway for interstate convinces. All around are gas stations that stay open late or even 24hrs, Publix, Kroger and Walmart are also in the area so u can shop at whichever is your preferences.

My experience here has been amazing! The staff is what makes the difference! They’re so attentive and kind! They made my move a seamless one. They answered all my questions and gave me everything I need. Big shoutout to Mr Harrison Adam’s and the rest of the staff! Please keep up the excellent work! I love where I live because I feel like I live amongst other professionals. Everyone here seems to be respectful and considerate to each other and the property.

Friendly staff, fast response to any maintenance issues. The grounds are always kept clean and litter free. Always making opportunities for Resident/community engagement

While moving in everyone was so helpful. The person that assisted me with the tour and my lease was amazing. The property is well kept and the amenities are great!

Nice place to live. Neat community. Not seen anybody smoking , but still smell there in air Beautiful club house snd swimming pool. All latest appliances and elegant.

Harrison was my person who leased me my apartment and he was the best! He was on top of everything and quickly. He responded so quickly to everything I asked or needed that I was very impressed. I don't care how much it is if I'm treated right I will pay and he made me feel so welcomed. Every time I walked in the office all the ladies were smiling and greeted me with so much kindness and the property manager was a great person too she called just to check on things and I appreciate that. Thanks guys your the best. My move in process was very very quick and easy!

Very welcoming community, both management and the neighborhood. I was very pleased with how management helped with everything. The place is very clean and quiet. Exceeded my expectations.

The staff was very inviting and made my move very easy. They allow me to view the property multiple times until I made a decision and they were very nice about helping me do what needed to be done the apartment was immaculate. I’ve had no issues since I’ve been there. It’s been a really great quiet place to live and call home.

I’ve only been here a week and so far I love living here. The leasing office staff is so helpful and answered all my many questions. I specifically worked with Amaia throughout the whole application and move in process. She was so informative and seemed to care about me and my experience! The property is so clean and well maintained.

The Story Mt. Zion community is quiet at night, and the surrounding area feels safe. Also, there are many supermarkets nearby so it's very convenient to go grocery shopping.

The energy in this community is very positive and refreshing to be in. The people are friendly and it just feels like an overall great environment.

My experience so far has been pretty good, Love the scenery and how the apartment is always lit up. Gate codes had a brief issue but overall pretty good

We just moved in this past weekend and besides the power going out it has been great so far. I really appreciate Irvin for working and communicating with us every step of the process to get in (it was a little stressful). I'm looking forward to starting this next chapter of life here with my boyfriend and see where life takes us.

Enjoying my new apartment. The layout of the apartment is nice and open. The kitchen has a nice island and lots of cabinet space. The property grounds and pool area are beautiful. All staff have are great. Very professional and humble.

Everything is great I thought the noise from the highway would be bad but i barely hear the cars. I like the newsletters and that they offer activities for the apartments.

Great people Awesome gym Very quiet and I loveeee the pool. The dog park is also nice but I would love to try the car wash station since they have that as well.

My experience has been good so far. I have been here since August 2024 My move in process was easy and fast no long wait. The staff is very nice and communicates well. I love the community it’s very nice and clean I also like that it’s close to shopping if I need to grocery shop I don’t have to drive far

The staff are friendly and super helpful. The complex is quiet and the apartments are new and updated, which is hard to find now a day. The maintenance men/women also keep the complex extremely clean!

I love it here! It’s quiet. Everyone smiles and says hi to each other when they walk by. The staff is nice and helpful. I also noticed they actually know their residents by name. They don’t just get you in a place and forget about you.

I enjoy my time living here at Story. The staff is pleasant, responsive and welcoming when needing assistance. I do wish that our gate worked properly but the staff addresses the problem in a timely manner when it goes down. We have no issues with the community and would recommend Story.

Recently moved in and I’m in love with the place inside and out. The walking trail is relaxing and they have a number of amenities that are available for you. Nice place to call home.

Best apartments ever especially to be my first apartment. It’s a very quiet environment and a lot of peace. Also the front desk people is willing to help and explain everything if you have a questions.
