On my first move in day. My heat was not working, I contacted maintenance and they return my call within five mins, they arrived at my door in ten minutes and my heat was up and running with 15 minutes. Excellent service from the maintenance team?

I have lived here for about 5 years. Overall, I have had an okay experience. My cons would be quite a few maintenance issues from my air conditioning and heater comping out and taking weeks to be replaced and or fixed to my stove not working and to my washer and dryer also comping out. I do understand that these things happen in apartments but the wait time for supplies can be long at times which can be frustrating. I will say that the maintenance team has been wonderful as far as customer service though. They are always nice and professional. As far as outside I wish that we had cameras for general safety. Quite a few times you will see a lot of police in the neighborhood handling some type of issue which can make you feel uneasy.

It’s been great after 2 years. However we have noticed significant noise issues with the neighbors within the past few months, really loud and inconvenient music playing late at night. The parking rules are bogus, we should be able to purchase a reserved spot regardless of the lease, if we can afford one. Some rules should change to accommodate renters who pay a heavy price for Alexandria, VA. Other than that the community has been good.

If you have a car and you would like to move here, this place is not for you. Let's say you had to go somewhere late in the evening, around 9-10pm, by the time you are back, there will be absolute no parking, I had to wait and drove around the property from 11 pm to 2 am in the morning just to find parking. Weekends are even worse.

I really love the community. The location, unit, and amenities are all great. My only issue is that I wish there were better pest control, both for insects and mice. It seems that they are able to get in through the walls/pipes/vents.

I have never had any negative experience. Work orders are always finished in a timely manner and staff always checks up for satisfaction. Staff always keeps residents informed about repairs and inspections having around or within the apartment. Neighborhood is nice and quiet.

The leasing team is supportive. The community is well kept as clean and tidy. One suggestion: since people with exercise habit would do gym earlier everyday. If Gym could open earlier, it would be more functional for exercise routine residents. Thank you.

Would love if the green areas would have more grass then dirt as their is no green grass in many areas of my building. People still hanging out and sleeping in the basement laundry area.

Apartment is nice, appliances also. The only problem is that the carpet isn't secured properly around baseboards and the paint on tub is chipping. Other than that it's quiet and a prime area with the shopping center and 495 so close.

While I love my unit and I appreciate the resident portal, I have struggled with the parking situation in the short amount of time I’ve been here. I find I have to be very careful about when I leave and return to my apartment to ensure I’m able to get a spot and I find it frustrating there is no guest parking passes available. Additionally, while I really appreciate being kept up to date on relevant apartment matters, some emails feel excessive and like spam.

The location is convenient. There’s a shopping center in front. The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance request typically get done fast.

The apartments are very nice and spacious, and the leasing office/resident services personnel have been available for assistance (for the most part). The neighborhood is well kept, but busy during the day, with not much parking available for guests.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Leasing staff is very helpful. The property is clean and maintained. The trash service is maintained. Parking is adequate but markings could be clearer.
Quiet clean location with terrible parking & nice but overpriced apartments with lacking amenities (dog park, playgrounds, washer/dryer, etc). Easy access to the district and other parts of va.

Living here is very peaceful! Love it. It is very close to everything. U can drive to dc, uber, or lyft and is not too pricey! Definitely worth it.

Stoneridge isn’t too bad, we do not have a laundry unit in our apartment, so we use the laundry room in our building and something always is wrong… another thing is the resident office - they never answer the phone and recommend to email them?… like come on be better!
I've been there for 5 days, but it is wonderful so far. The property is well maintained. The neighborhood is great. The apartments are spacious enough for my family and I. We can't wait to use the swimming pool, and health club.

Poor landscaping, dirty gym, utilities too expensive on top of rent. Poor management, no one ever answers the phone. Poor guest parking options.

They will give you an apartment with rat holes throughout the entire apartment! The manage company is fully aware! No roaches because the mice eat them. You will not find out about the mice/rats until you sign the dotted line. Don’t do it! The parking is setup to entrap renter. I have had to pay $1000 so far within 4 months of moving into the rat infested property.
