      Wonderful place to live

      Hi everyone, I just signed up for my second year. I truly love coming home here! It’s peaceful, clean (no bugs) maintenance guys are great. Office staff are one of the best I’ve had when renting an apartment. All three are amazing at what they do! Diana from the very beginning has been so helpful and patient always willing to work with me. Love when she’s there! ????????????????????

      Great to be back

      Not the greatest place but home

      The place was good for a guy like me trying to get back on his feet after long debt. So for a small studio the price seems good. The trash collection and package center are useful. But the appliances need updating. The air conditioning goes up too high or down too low. And getting to the fitness center takes a bit too much work. So not great, but so far so good.

      Pleasant Expedience

      I was immediately welcomed to the facility with a smile and courtesy. Kimberly was very professional and answered every question I had with out any hesitation . Diana was super and escorted me to view my choices of floor plans. I have to add Kimberly and Diana are the most nicest people I have met in along time. Stoneleigh hit the jackpot when they hired these two. Keep up the great work ladies.

      Helpful Staff. Beautiful complex.

      I'm writing this review 3 weeks after moving in. This place is kept very clean. And it's almost suspiciously quiet despite being behind an airport. The amenities are impressive and the atmosphere is calm. This is my first time as a renter but i really feel like a made a good choice. They have security on site and I've seen them patroling. The gate works and is kept closed. Animals always on leashes. I -can't- hear my neighbors anytime during the day. But what really won me over is the main office staff. Ms. Kimberly and Dianna are so professional and a delight. They whole move in process was smooth. I got what I wanted. And was kept happy the entire time. There were a couple unforseen hiccups but I was handled in such a patient and understanding manner. I felt listened to and prioritized. Also Maintenance in this place is so fast. I definitely respect that. TL;DR Great staff. Clean and quiet complex. Fast Maintenance. Active Security.

      My move in experience

      From the time I went in the office and explained my husband and I situation, we were understood and Connie took the time to give us a tour and explain everything to us. Not only was she a great help but Kimberly was as well…. The move in was great, the apartment is beautiful and I am so thankful that my husband and I chose Stoneleigh to live….,

      Our maintenance request keeps getting ignored

      We've lived here for a few years now and haven't had any problems until recently. We have a leak coming in through one of our smoke detectors from the roof that hasn't been fixed. The initial leak happened on January 24th 2023, and then again on April 5th 2023. On April 5th the leak damaged the smoke detector and was completely filled with water, and all of the detectors in our unit were alarming until we removed them all from the ceiling. We've been in contact with the office to try and get the leak repaired and the alarms fixed since April 5th (currently it's May 4th) and every time we call, the office seems surprised it hasn't been fixed and they would send someone out for repairs but every time it rains it leaks again. It's taken so long to even get maintenance to come out that now there is water damage and mold on the ceiling. I've repeatedly told the office that it's getting worse and we have mold growing but still nothing has been resolved. We've really enjoyed living here until recently. Usually maintenance is really quick to resolve issues so im not sure why this issue hasn't been fixed yet when it's something as serious as mold and leaks. Especially since we haven't had smoke detectors for an entire month.

      Although it’s pretty

      The complex itself is pretty.. the apartment is decent size. The amenities are lack luster.. they have a dog park that is useless.. the pool closes at 4pm and the gym is small for the complex size. Security sits in the same place most of the night and very predictable. So safety is on you.

      Stoneleigh on Kenswick is a great community. Leasing office is courteous, professional & quick to respond to any questions or concerns! The maintenance team is great as well. Maintenance requests were addressed timely & effectively. 5 stars for office & maintenance!!! The on site security always made me feel safe. No break ins or safety issues. Location is convenient to the Metro Park & Ride and shopping centers. Overall great experience living here.

      The staff were not helpful at all in the moving process, they didn't explain anything to us and just treated the whole situation very unprofesinal I love how quite the apartments are but I can not stand the office people, they have no clue what they're doing which at the end of it you're left spending extra money because they can't tell you all the hidden fees until your next bill. Not consistent with billings if you want high bill surprises you should consider living here.

      i have been living here for almost 3 yrs and this place is getting better. They are dealing with security well and keeping it clean and vandalism free. I really have enjoyed living here.

      Greatest Apartment around!

      This is the perfect place to call home. When I moved in the staff was very helpful on getting me setup and made everything very easy. Everything was done and completed on time prior to move in. The location is great and close to everything you can possibly need. The landscape is very nice as well with a resort style pool and dog walking area. I actually enjoy being home for a change! Great size apartments that feel like being in a house instead of just an apartment. Great all the way around!

      Rent

      The community is very nice and quiet. Office staff is nice and helpful. When it comes to getting stuff fix they don't usually take to long to fix it. You can only have Xfinity cable and wifi which is not good at all. Rent is very high for what little they give you. The apartments are nice but not for the price you pay.

      Just Excellent TEXAS sized service

      When I say service as big as Texas, I mean as big as Texas. When I relocated to Humble, I worried about housing, the area, flexibility and accessibility to daily living. Stoneleigh @Kenswick was a breath of fresh air. The complex offered my every need, full gym access, full-size infinity pool, poolside grilling and a common area with a pool table and business center with secure computers. The office staff was always available to answer my questions during the lending process, it was just what a single, new to the area teacher needed. I am very thankful for great neighbors and the wealth of opportunities the complex have given me. Oh and did I mention their monthly tenent perks..... Contests ( I won a $25 gift card to Bath and Body) as well a buffets for Cinyo de Mayo and Fourth of July!!!! They give back! It has been a great experience, Texas Size Hospitality and Service!

      Great location, great people.

      I moved my family here from Dallas a few months ago. We are in love with this place. It is central for just about anything you'd want to do in downtown Houston or The Woodlands. It is also located next to as many restaurants, stores, movie theaters, and just about anything else you'd want. Lastly, we feel SAFE in this area.
