Stepny Place

There are constantly children running the halls screaming, as well as running in the parking lot. Parents don't watch there kids and management does nothing to stop them.

They refused to let me view an apartment nor would they send me pictures that aren't the same 3 photos they have on here. Management was extremely rude saying how people rent apartments without viewing them and was very deceptive. Will report to the BBB.

If I could give this property a 0-star review I would. I called inquiring about a 2 or 3 bedroom letting them know my move-in date is flexible. Jody said they didn't have anything available so could not assist me and to call back in a few weeks. All I wanted was some information! Maybe if there was a waitlist I would join, schedule a tour of the property, details of the 2 and 3 beds so when one does come available I will know if this property will work for me, anything! The conversation was quick but very painful. She provided a huge disservice to not only me but her property, the owners, and the property management company. Jody should really get some extra training,she needs it!

I am staying here from past 3 years. very nice community and place to stay. Groceries, Walmart and Aldi are in walk able distance. Nice admin staff very approachable and always there to help.

Since me and my family moved to this please three years ago we love it have all the amenities are very friendly maintenance staff it’s amazing very Prompt on work request The leasing agents along with management very respectful and helpful will recommend this place to anyone

Lived here in a studio for a year and no complaints. Management was very helpful and accommodating. Was also very convenient as the bus stop is right in front of the complex so commutes to central Hartford and other restaurants around the area are made easier. Only reason I left was my personal preference of having a bedroom.

I lived at Stepny Place for 2 years. They have a very helpful and competent management team who made my stay enjoyable. The property is clean and has up to date appliances and amenities. I'd recommend this as a place to live for anyone working in the Hartford area!

VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. The rent is extremely inconsistent for new/future resident and existing resident. They don't value to old resident, once you are in they don't care. Try to avoid if you are planning to stay longer in this society.

My wife stayed at Stepny in the South building for 4 months from May thru August. The staff is excellent. From the girls in the office, to the maintenance guys, all employees have been wonderful, professional, and helpful. Location also great, as exit 24 right off Rt 91, with everything one might need on the Silas DeAne Pkway. Bob Davis

After living in a private home for 20 years I found myself in need of a place to live. I was like a duck out of water. I came to apartments.com and after entering my requirements, I found my ideal apartment! Spacious rooms, Fully applianced kitchen, walk-in closets- (A Must lol) A gym on the premises , tennis court and swimming pool! All Perfect for the next chapter in my life!

I'm actually renting one of the new studio apartments and paying nearly a $1000 for it. The studio is slightly big and looks modern. With the amenities it's offering its a little expensive. The hallways slightly smell and the company uses cheap products on its fittings. There's plenty of parking and it's situated in a good accessible area. Overall I like the apartment and I would recommend it to my friends.

I find this place a very good community to stay in terms of amenities, security and maintenance services.
