Maintenance and office staff are great! My complaints are w/ the property management company. There is clearly no money allocated for up keep of the grounds. The cabinets are of cheap and inferior quality. The outer material pulls away from the particle board beneath then cracks and peels. Also, they should do something to improve the noise. This is the loudest place I have ever lived! You can hear everything in the surrounding units.

Spoke to Kellady about an issue in person and she was the kindest person I have spoken to in a while at the riverstone location. She listened and understood my concerns and helped me with solutions. I wish this community had recycling efforts and the walls are thin so noise is an issue. Besides that great job hiring Kellady and I’m hoping for things to improve in the future. Also I wish everyone in the office was more adamant to hold residents account for following community rules. That would really set this community apart from others.

One of the best apartment communities! The apartments are kept very up to date/clean. Amenities are SO relaxing and posh. Maintenance is very attentive, usually taken care the day of depending on how early in the day the request is put in. Rent is a bit high, but of course you get what you pay for and this economy is awful! Overall, the property/units are comfortable and cozy. We LOVE living here and recommend his property over any others in the area! We've lived in others in Sugar Land, and Stella has always exceeded our expectations and have never caused any stress or dissatisfaction.

I do enjoy living here quite a bit primarily due to the convenient Neighborhood. However there are a few things that certainly need improving. The pool, which I use quite a bit is excellent but in need of maintenance. For example the cushions on some of the lounge chairs are ripped and unsightly. In addition, the cleanliness of the breezeways leaves a lot to be desired. I wish that you can have a normal cleaning of the stairs, rails, floors, etc. I believe it did improve since i moved here but still not up to par. I would be happy with Par. Thank you for now and please feel free to call me at anytime to further discuss. I do admire the office staff quite a bit starting with Sondra and Victoria. They are both wonderful and have helped me out when i ask…..

The community is very clean and well maintained. The front office is very kind and helpful with all questions! There are some great amenities, the gym is huge! Along with a car wash station as well!

Very good but there isn’t routine cleaning of the buildings. The hallway has been very dirty for months now. Also had to request power washing of stairs a few times because they tend to be very dirty, without regular cleaning.

The apartment was clean. Once I get boxes unpacked, Things will fit okay. The kitchen is perfect-lots of cabinet space, a cubbard, lots of counter space.

So far ok, I wish it could be better but I’ll revisit my feelings as the days progress. The outside community is beautiful, however, our apartment was not move in ready for my standards. Today, those issues have been addressed but it should have been addressed before being able to have tenets move in. Our gate keys stopped working so I had to visit the rent office to have them reprogram, a very bad inconvenience when you’re trying to move in with movers.

10xstella is the place to be and I proudly call it home. One of the best apartments I’ve seen and lived in for years and I love the place. It’s this next level atmosphere and the apartments are spacious. The office staff is magnificent.

Everyone in the office is extremely helpful. I went in on three separate occasions and every single person assisted me in the same manner. Helpful took their time and did not make me feel as if they were just trying to get me in and out.

Very well maintained and planned apartment community right in the heart of Sugar Land and very accessible. Cool amenities. Can do better on keeping out unsolicited visitors and also a bit pricey.

My experience as a resident has been very smooth. The staff was very thorough in explaining everything, and the environment is great. However, one thing that wasn't mentioned during the move-in process is that the sensor for the apartment's main gate requires the car to be quite close for it to activate. I would recommend adding this detail to the move-in instructions for future residents to avoid any confusion.

Safe, secure and nice amenities. Everyone in the staff is great except a young lady. God bless you if you have to deal with her. She is rude, not at all humble and disrespectful.

Great community, safe, secure, nice ammenities including gym and swimming pool area. And also bocce ball, ping pong table and barbecue area which is well maintained. One of the young lady staff is very rude and not at all professional or humble.

The complex is well maintained, staff are friendly and the amenities are well maintained. My only complaint is I wish I had a first floor unit but the apartments are well maintained. The maintenance staff addressed issues promptly.

Peaceful, relaxing, and luxury living. This complex is by far the best in Riverstone, Sugar Land. It feels like an everyday vacation. Excellent amenities around such a “resort-like” pool and thoroughly equipped gym! Management is very responsive to concerns and work orders!
