Our home is also equipped with: High-Speed Wi-Fi There is one window AC unit in the bedroom. The living room has no AC, but a channel connects to the bedroom, allowing air to circulate and keep it comfortable. In unit Washer & Dryer. An outdoor parking lot is available right next to the building on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll also find free street parking nearby for added convenience. Other Disclosure: *. Camera Disclosure: We install security camera in the parking area to make sure guests checking in smoothly. *. Step Disclosure: Our unit is on the 2nd floor. If you enter through the parking lot, there is one flight of stairs. If you enter from Dravus Street, the access is step-free. *. Parking Disclosure: An outdoor parking lot is available right next to the building on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll also find free street parking nearby for added convenience. *. AC Disclosure: The bedroom has a windows AC unit. The living room has no AC, but a small opening allows cool air to flow through for comfort. * Noise Disclosure: Other units in the building may be occupied during your stay, so you might hear some sounds from neighboring guests. *. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. *. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm. *. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house and parking lot. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

Perched on a tree-filled hill, Queen Anne is one of Seattle's most famous neighborhoods. It is named for the elegant Victorians that once dominated the landscape. Today, only a handful of the Queen Anne homes remain. As one of Seattle's largest neighborhoods, Queen Anne is often referred to in smaller sections, such as North Queen Anne or Lower Queen Anne.

Extending from the north end of Downtown Seattle to Lake Union's Fremont Cut, Queen Anne changes as you travel through the neighborhood -- the end closest to downtown contains the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, the Museum of Pop Culture, and Key Arena. The north end is a little more residential and is home to Seattle Pacific University. Be sure to visit Kerry Park for amazing views of Downtown Seattle and Mount Rainier.
