Property Ratings at Station Row
From our first tour of Station Row in February until our move-in in April, my wife and I have been incredibly impressed with all aspects of the property and the professionalism/attentiveness of the staff. We’ve moved up and down the east coast and Station Row checks more blocks (location, apt. layout, price/value, etc.) than any other location we’ve decided to call home. The leasing, management, and maintenance teams are also TOP-NOTCH, especially when compared with those of similar luxury apartment complexes. Most notably, our leasing professional, Cheri, has been a wealth of detailed information and incredibly accommodating since our first meeting. Manny from the maintenance team also went out of his way to assist during move-in day, going well above and beyond our expectations. After touring/exploring 10+ locations in Providence, we’re confident that we made the right choice. In our experience, many comparable residences advertise as “luxury” rentals, but Station Row truly lives up to this description.

The management is horrible. The elevator is constantly broken and they provide no updates. We are currently going on a week with no front elevator (I’ve helped several elderly climb the long front steps) the management team does not care and are either not in their office or have their doors closed.

It was a beautiful place to live 2 years ago. But now it smells like smoke and marijuana. There is also poop in the hallways of the apartment

horrible communication. I would visit their office since they never responded to emails and phone calls and they'd be busy with giving tours and make me wait for long periods of times. If you are busy in person then you should be responsible to be able to contact remotely, but never picks up phone calls and never responds to voice mails. rarely responds to emails and will be rude about it when you bring it up. they will say they're in office for in person visits but most of the times they were closed or not in their office. nice gym but apartment has thin walls and you can always hear your neighbors. elevators are also reserved very often so I would have to take stairs
