Station house is beautiful. The amenities are very nice and the community is well preserved by the management team. The access to Union station and the capital bike share across the street are very useful for someone without a car.

Moved in 1 week ago, I live in a studio space, that is small, but space has been made where it can be made, and all appliances and lights work great. It is super convenient to schedule movers , and having the front desk email us about packages is super convenient. I also enjoy underground parking so I dont have to worry about my car. I also enjoyed the 2 events I got to attend on the ground floor. If I have to have a couple faults it would be that the water pressure is low, and the leasing process was initially confusing with dealing with multiple emails and apps to submit documents, causing me to scramble on my move in day (However the leasing staff were very helpful and resolved the issues that arose. Overall, I am looking forward to my time here.

Just moved in, most folks seem really nice but there is a dead baby rat in the bike storage that made it revolting to put our bikes in there-- and we have to pay for it!!!

I moved in here a week ago, and so far so good. Staff has been responsive and helpful. I met a woman who was moving out after living here for 2.5 years who offered that she loves Station House because it's always clean and staff is really nice. She said she was only moving because she bought her own place. I misplaced my mailbox key, and they quickly had a duplicate made for a small fee. Place was clean when I moved in. I work from home and barely hear my neighbors. Not a long wait for an elevator. Easy food delivery drop-off and pickup. A short walk to so many amenities. No complaints.

I loved loved living here! the gym here is bigger than some actual gyms in dc and you’ll never need a gym membership. the place is always clean, as cleaning staff clean every day. We moved here more than a year ago, and we recently extended our lease because we loved being here! Location is good, it’s like 5-7 mins walking distance from the Union Station and affordable rent as well!

Customer service is great. From my initial inquiries with leasing to the when I moved in with my small children. There were little things here and there to fix and maintenance did a wonderful job. Even with mistakes, the staff maintains great customer service! My leasing consultant was Marcus and he did a great job helping me find the best apartment for my family. The manager and assistant manager have been awesome as well. Maintenance is on point and the concierge works diligently to provide excellent customer service.

I love living here and the great staff and the constant help given and the events that goes on, the amenities that give me such a peaceful and relax mindset and the quick maintenance staff who doesn’t waste any time with fixing your utilities in the apartment
I really enjoy the fitness classes (yoga, spin), they are my favorite thing about station house. It is very disappointing that the wifi in the lobby has not been working for so long. Part of why I moved here was so that I could work from the business center but that has been impossible without wifi.

This is my second time living here and I am always pleasantly surprised at how clean the building is kept. Everything is neat and tidy, the common areas are well-kept and beautiful, and the staff are helpful and communicative.

I adore living here. The pool on a hot summer day, followed by nights spent in the garden courtyard. This place is truly a home. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

Amazing facilities. Been here for 2 years now. I recommend this place. The only thing is there is some turnover with the staff and while most staff members are wonderful some are a little more difficult to work with.

It’s been great living at Station House thus far! Great concierge staff and the leasing office is very kind. They are candid and upfront about pricing, no hidden fees. There are lots of events for residents and the common spaces are amazing and well maintained.

I’ve been with the apartment since 2018 and have always enjoyed it! Took a minute to adjust to new management in 2020 but currently they are working and making new adjustments for the building to help it flourish! The location and accessibility of Station House is great!

Building has good amenities, but the walls are thin and allow noise to travel easily. Though it is a non-smoking building, other tenants' smoke travels among apartments via vent system and management simply sends warning emails. Maintenance team is very responsive to requests. At the end of the lease term, they sought to raise rent by 10% and refused to negotiate; but days later, the unit was posted online for new tenants to rent at less than a 3% raise.

Great amenities, close to the Union Station, surprisingly I don’t have any issues with noise, no issues with maintenance and staff members, great choice if you want a place near by metro station.

Great building, neighborhood and staff. Amenities are elite - especially the gym. There’s a great tranquil courtyard where I will do some work outside from time to time. May never leave.

I've lived at Station House for 3 momths. It's a good value: affordable, high quality apartments and many, beautiful, clean common areas. Maintenance is responsive. The front desk and leasing office are friendly, but not often helpful or timely in fulfilling basic resident needs like reserving a bike locker space or turning on a common area TV. That could improve.

Station house has horrible management. Amenity hours are very limited for the large fee we pay. Maintenance is sub par. I have been locked in my room, locked out of my room, and unable to use the elevators because my key card did not work. I would not recommend this apartment after 6 months of living here.

Responsive management and very kind staff! Anytime we have a maintenance issue or question we get a same day response. The building is always clean and amenities ready to use.
