Good location. Maintenance team does a good job. Amenities are solid. The reason I'm giving 4 starts instead of 5 is because the EZ tag gate has issues way too often.

It has been great so far. The only thing I wish is that instead of the outdoor gym it was a small kids park, with a swing and slide, that would be perfect as it is such a wholesome family community.

Getting in was a little tough. But it was definitely worth it, clean open spaces, clean pool area, reliable assistance in the front office, clean paths around the complex, plenty of available parking, friendly people all around. It's across the street from an HEB making it easy to shop for groceries, gas, and utilities. 24 hour gym access is also amazing and I'm very much looking forward to spending every moment I can there.

The location has always been ideal for my family, but the team is what will keep us here another year or longer. There is more weed smoke and very loud vehicles that are parking in handicap and no parking spots. The package room is terrible. I have more damage packages and others that have been ripped open since the inception. I had less damage/theft when delivered to my door.

Nice build community. Amenities are good like Gym, Pool and BBQ place. Fitness Center has new machines. They take care of cleaning and maintenance of gym equipment regularly. Overall, good place to live.

I don’t even know where to begin. My heating and air, along with my dryer has gone completely out several times. I’ve spent many cold night in this apartment. For a building that considers themselves luxury and has only been built approximately 2 years… I’d rather pay more elsewhere and at least have working air and heat everyday. In addition, the gate is always broken. It slammed back into my car and the office REFUSES to do anything to help about the damage caused to my car, due to their malfunctioning gate. I can’t wait to move when this lease is over. There’s a reason why their prices are cheaper than everyone else’s in the area.

The apartment is noisy. The gates don’t work most of the times and has even opened on my brand new car and the apartment took no responsibility. My packages have been stolen from here. It just doesn’t feel safe like it used to when I first moved.

Overall the property is in a great location but the property is very dirty including hallways and so much dog poop. These are issues that can be fixed but are not. 2 years later and the same issues are still present.

Moving is always stressful, even more-so when you're going through a separation. From the moment I decided to move back near my family in Cypress the beautiful Starling caught my eye. The architecture is modern and sleek but still blends so well with the traditional neighborhood surrounding it and is located really conveniently near the parkway. Aside from the aesthetics, the service that I've received from Delmy especially and specifically has been unparalleled and a real gift. She helped me take my time picking the right unit, lease term, but she went above and beyond with her kindness and mindfulness about my situation. I could not be happier I picked this property over the wingspan and would recommend it to anyone looking. Isaiah was also kind and professional through every interaction and Amanda the manager seems to have put together a great team to serve my lil hometown of Cypress.

We applied a couple months ago and it didn’t work out (which is okay of course) BUT we still have yet to receive our security deposit. We have called multiple times and only get a response 1/10 calls. Apparently it’s a corporate problem but this is ridiculous. If it’s a corporate problem someone could be updating us on where our deposit is. If you give this place a security deposit MAKE SURE they make arrangements on how/when they are going to give it back to you. I do not trust this place. You shouldn’t either. This is not the way to run a business.

I've been waiting almost a month for 1 leasing professional to call me back about their 1BR. David took my info, but I've yet to hear back from anyone at this new property. If this is any indication on what to expect from management, I guess I can count it as a blessing in disguise. This well qualified applicant will keep on looking in the Bridgeland area for my next apt home.

WAIT,BE SUPER CAREFUL! Management has no idea when construction will be completed and will tell you unrealistic dates and move your date of move in back! We were told the end of November, then December 7th so we moved our move out date to the end of December from our current apartment. I call them yesterday to ask why we have not received a lease as we have been approved. But I was also informed it moved to December 29th now. It’s so frustrating as we already have given our move out date for December 30th with the anticipation of moving stuff on or around the 7th. I’ve called them multiple times before and asked about building 3 and have been told each time that it’s still on target with the 7th, Crazy! They have so far been unwilling to work with us to keep our business and I would highly suggest looking at other apartments while this is being finished. Such a beautiful place but you just CAN’T TRUST THEM!
