Living here has been a wonderful experience. The resident community is warm, friendly, and very active, which makes it easy to feel at home and build real connections. The staff is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about keeping everything running smoothly. From quick maintenance fixes to thoughtful communication, they go above and beyond to make life here comfortable and stress-free.

Stamford Conners is a lovely community. The amenities are lovely especially the Pool area the Bbq areas and the fire Pitts are very well kept. The location is very well maintained. The location is great walking distance to shopping and the downtown area. I highly recommend this location

Great experience so far! Rooms are larger then some other in the area with a fair price. The courtyard and pool area is super great , and the facilities are clean! The elevators could use some updating, but they still work fine.

Stamford Corners has been a great experience so far. The people here are great and very respectful. The maintenance staff is the best - they are super responsive and helpful for all matters. Location is also a perk and convenient for downtown.

The Amenity Spaces are Pretty Beat Up. Overall my experience has been great and I’m satisfied with my apartment, maintenance, etc. That being said, the building charges you a fee for amenity spaces that have seen better dats. The full body exercise machine with strings was recently repaired incorrectly and that is severely impacting how many people can workout in the space at a time. Additionally, the athletes haven’t been picking up after themselves lately which isn’t the buildings fault, but highlights the tenant gym culture. The Entertainment room and Pool table are fine but Shuffleboard desperately needs sand. It’s basically unusable. The vacuum is always in the pool and it doesn’t do a great job. The pool can be mobbed with kids on some nights which is fine but impossible to relax at. It would be cool if there was adult swim hours so everyone can get a turn with the space. The grill area is sacred and clean at all times.

Stamford corners is the BEST place to live in all of downtown Stamford. The people, the staff, the amenities are unmatched! There is always something fun going on and something to be apart of

Minor maintenance inconveniences here and there but overall clean. I enjoy the gym space frequently and it's been pretty seamless receiving packages

Stamford Corners is an amazing place to live and is in a great spot in downtown Stamford. Everyone is so kind and the amenities are great. The team is incredibly responsive and are always there to help with any issues or question that I have.

We have been here for around 2.5 months and everything is great here. Leasing office people are very helpful and patient. Maintainance guys are also good. Been a smooth living experience so far

Recently moved in here and I couldn't be any happier. The apt is clean and spacious. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is very cordial and helpful.

Overall I enjoy the staff and community. The accessibility to amenities is convenient. Location of the building in downtown makes it easy on a day to day basis.

Stamford Corners is a comfortable place to live. Maintenance issues are always taken care of quickly. The building employees are very friendly and ready to help. Having a concierge in the lobby is extremely convenient for getting packages during the day. All in all, it’s been a very pleasant experience over the last year. I’ve met several nice people in the building. Looking forward to summertime.

I've been living at Stamford Corners for 3 years and I can honestly say it's been a fantastic experience! The building is well-maintained, modern, and offers everything I need to feel at home. The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to address any concerns. The amenities are top-notch, from the fitness center to the pool/lounge/snack pantry. I also love how friendly and lively the neighborhood is, making it a perfect place to stay busy. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my choice to call this place home. Highly recommend!

I have been living at Stamford Corners for just about 5 months now and absolutely love it! All staff members are incredibly friendly and always go the extra mile to help out. They definitely make you feel "at home". Maintenance issues are dealt with promptly, and the building is kept very clean. The amenities are great, and the neighborhood is perfect for walking and exploring. This community is extremely diverse and all tenants that I have come in contact with have all been super friendly.

Stamford corners is truly an amazing place to live. The staff and residents are so nice and all the accommodations are up to luxury standard. It’s so close to downtown and the popular shopping centers, it’s the best place to live downtown!

Since my husband and I moved here we have been so so happy! The staff is amazing! Not just one person EVERYONE!!! Marcia and Matt should be visiting other buildings and teaching them how to treat their occupants. Everyone is always smiling, even the maintenance crew! Passing strangers in the hallway or in the elevator there is always a smile or a greeting. Compared to where we came from we feel like we're on vacation living here. I wish I could give more than five stars. I feel extremely confident recommending this building to friends and relatives. By moving into this amazing building my husband and I have started the next chapter in our lives and so far it's been amazing!

I'd like more wellness-coordinated classes and events for staff and tenants. There are many local group fitness instructors who provide their services in other building complexes in the area.

Definitely needs some upgrades. The ground level lobby and floor one lobby and the elevator specifically along with the keyfob entry/security system could use technological advances in these areas and would be a big enhancement for convenience. Integrating smartphone access is one idea. The parking garage gates and fences looks like something out of a rundown Manhattan basement. The random lack of personnel at the front desk is also questionable. Amenities are great and aside from the street noise, thumbs up. The age of the building is starting to show though as its just overdue for a makeover.

A damaging water leak from the HVAC unit in the apartment above for HOURS and not an Emergency responder in sight nor has responded!! I’m highly disappointed & disturbed that it is now 7:23am as I write this review that I & the fire dept. have made several calls to Mgmt to shut the water valve to side in reducing the water damage has gone unanswered since approx 2:30am. I now have wet carpet and wall/ceiling damage; I simply cannot understand this! Signed disappointed! Valerie Green

Stamford Conners is a wonderful community to live in. It’s multi generational pet friendly. The apartments have great layouts and fabulous closets. The Location is excellent close to restaurants and shopping, and Metro North. The professional staff is great. The community has lovely amenities the Pool and BBQ area is very nice and well maintained.

I’ve been here two weeks and am really happy. It’s quiet atmosphere snd the hallways and reception area always smell very great ! Majeen at the reception area is very nice.

Going on Year Two and it has been such a pleasant experience. Swift maintenance response and friendly staff. Fun events hosted to cultivate community.

Just renewed our lease for a second year. Stamford Corners is a comfortable, well-maintained, well-managed complex located within walking distance to Bedford St. dining, the train station, and local parks. Pool, gym, in unit w/d among the amenities.

Great community and maintenance requests are fulfilled ASAP! Building is clean and they offer fun activities for residence! Have not had an issue with crazy rent spikes when renewing our lease.

Rent is reasonable in comparison to other apartments in the area. Amenities are fine but appliances in unit are older and have required multiple maintenance requests.

Staff is welcoming. Maintenance is friendly and quick and efficient. The whole set up of security makes me feel safe. They have great amenities for all lifestyles

Amazing experience from the day I reached out to inquiry about the apartment. Marcia is absolutely amazing. Maintenance crews are on top of their game. Everyone is so nice here including the tenants. I am so happy I decided to move here.

I think that the building is nice and the location is great. However, I feel as though the staff can be a bit more proactive and responsive. It does not feel as though our concerns are taken seriously. Also, when things break it is important to fix it. For example, the gate to the parking garage has been broken for months. I pay for gated parking, and right now I don't have gated parking, so its super frustrating and something like that should be fixed right away for the safety of the residents.

I love Stamford Corners! I’ve been living here for three and a half years and plan on renewing my lease again. Great community, great maintenance staff, an all around lovely place to call home.

Only been here a few days but really like the space in the apartment. We came from an apartment that had 0 storage space so really enjoy how much our 2 bed offers. There is plenty of natural light which we enjoy and the apartment feels cozy. So far we are enjoying our experience.

I just moved in this week and am really liking the apartment so far! I noticed a couple stains on the ceiling and carpeting, but other than that, it’s been great.

I have service dog and have been sweeping glass off the ground near the bins so she will not step on the broken glass. I did see maintenance cleaning the parking spaces with a blower and that is great. Still waiting for a new air conditioner which is very old and a new carpet in my last bedroom. Otherwise happy. Paul

Such a welcoming environment and friendly atmosphere. So happy with our choice! Pool is relaxing and the grills available nearby is so practical. The residents always make sure to leave the space as clean as they found it.
