15 years, no problems
I lived in building 815 for nearly 15 years with no problems. Got on well with the landlord and his wife, and the neighbors were quiet. The landlord wouldn't rent to riff-raff, so it was always a nice place to live. And being hidden from the street by a hill, you avoid a lot of the urban apartment problems.
