Overall Spyglass has been a wonderful place to live. We truly enjoy the community events and how clean the complex is. The staff is friendly and inviting.
I love my apartment, it’s clean and beautiful with soft comfy carpet and plenty of natural light. The breezeways are usually clean and the landscaping is nice. The clubhouse has great amenities that are well kept.
Loved being here the last two years! Great location and amenities, the best staff in the world, plenty of amazing friends I've made. Glad to call Spyglass home!

Having ZERO cell service in my apartment is something I wish I would have known before signing. The apartment building I viewed had signal but the one I was placed in does not. Super inconvenient

Everything has been great except for the recent change with BILT payments. It’s really unsettling having to transfer funds to your roomate to pay. We should equally be responsible and able to access our own individual rent portals for proper communication and payment making it more seamless and effective.

Great place to live and an even better location. Dog park is a huge bonus along with the walking trail to get some exercise. The pool and clubhouse is really nice and enjoyable on the weekends.

My apartment and porch are so cozy and relaxing. I love the pond and waterfall. I sit on my porch every morning and it just starts my day off right. Parking at the 500 building is quite a challenge, though. I usually have to park several buildings away. :-(

The staff is great, clubhouse is beautiful, but the hallways are horrible. There is a broken refrigerator, peeling paint, and light fixtures are full of bugs. We have been too embarrassed to have friends over.

I love this place. Just don’t like the valet trash service that I have to pay for but is hit or miss on if they actually pick up trash. The location is great the pool is amazing the gym is good enough.

Living here at Spyglass Seaside for about 8 months, I am very happy with my choice! My apartment on the third floor is perfect for me. I enjoy and use the amenities that are offered, such as the pool, fitness center, and the walking trails. The Staff here are great! I had a maintenance problem with my furnace, the maintenance staff responded immediately and worked to correct the issue! I feel this community is perfect for me! Highly recommended!

We lived at Spyglass for a total of 5 years in different apartments. I can say with full honestly that this property is special - not only does it provide luxury apartments in an unbeatable location, the exemplary staff headed by Mary the manager create a friendly and welcoming environment that truly makes you feel at home. We just moved from Idaho to Charleston and wanted to live close to the beach. We looked at many apartments on James Island and Mt. Pleasant, and Spyglass was by far the best. I enjoy living at Spyglass because it is conveniently located near the beach, downtown Charleston, and various attractions. The grounds are beautiful, making it feel like living in a resort. The clubhouse is impressive, and the workout room is well-equipped. Everyone here is very helpful when it comes to finding restaurants, grocery stores, and more. The staff is amazing, but Jessie went above and beyond in helping me coordinate our move cross-country.

Moved here from Boston nearly 3 years ago. Spyglass honestly could not have been a better place to land in our new venture. Let's start with the pool & clubhouse...beautiful, clean, well maintained, fun community events held. Neighborhood: safe, quiet, welcoming, close to beach and downtown. Apartments: Spacious, high ceilings, quiet, large closets, great screened in porches on most units. Staff: Amazing, responsive, friendly, professional, truly great people who have become like family. Office management is always very helpful and make them selves available always for questions or some love for my pup. Mary, Brooke & Jessie are top notch and hardworking. When I see them giving a tour I always say to myself "what a great job they do taking new people around the property". You can tell they are proud to work (& live here). Maintenance staff Jesse, Scott & Grant are always working, doing a million things at once it seems. All with a smile. Any issues are resolved so quickly and efficiently. Everyone smiles often and is willing to stop and say hello in the sunshine. There's a large dog park for those who have a dog...another friendly way to meet your neighbors. Can you tell I love this place. If this is on your list of places to check out, definitely call! You'll be so happy :)
