Powder Springs is a suburban city located about ten miles southwest of Marietta and twenty miles northwest of Downtown Atlanta. Largely thanks to its prime location and fairly affordable rental market (largely composed of single-family homes), Powder Springs has become a highly popular home base among Atlanta-area commuters. Families in particular have been drawn by the area’s high-performing schools and classic small-town vibe.
Apart from a few small shopping centers, the city proper is almost entirely residential, although a large retail cluster sits on the northwest corner of town along Wendy Bagwell Parkway. Folks who appreciate the tranquility of the countryside will love the pastoral landscape surrounding Powder Springs, with lush nature preserves like Kennesaw Mountain and Sweetwater Creek just minutes away.

Once I filled out my application, Amazing was my first contact person. All I can say is is ….WOW! She’s really amazing! Once I was approved, the move in was a breeze. The office manager Jordan is very nice as well. I love living here. I went to my first concert yesterday on the 4th of July. All the people there were so friendly. The car show was my favorite. I feel so blessed to live here because my apartment is beautiful. I love the layout and everything is new. I’m new to this area but I’m definitely calling this my home. The location is perfect! Everything is is walking distance you actually don’t have to drive to park, downtown, shops, and restaurants. The amenities Springside offers make you feel like you’re in a resort. Kudos to management for wonderful customer service and making me feel like family.

The way that I came to live at Springside was not under ideal circumstances however, it’s been perfect. From the very friendly and accommodating staff at the office, to the quiet and well maintained community. I couldn’t ask for more! My only issue is not having enough wheel power to go to the amazing gym and to utilize all of the amazing amenities this complex has to offer. But I guess that’s a me problem! LOL

Very roomy bedrooms and closets. New appliances and fixtures. Responsive management. Cute shops nearby. Parking can be a challenge and neighbor noise is more than I would like. More insulation needed.

The community is nice. I live the location and access to shops and places to eat. The parking could use some work and I wish there was an elevator. The amenities are nice and everything is updated and brand new.

Quiet complex. A few changes that can be put in place to make this an even better experience. A lift to the third floor would've been good since there isn’t elevator access. Moving in with large items were very tedious.

Wow! The ENTIRE staff is phenomenal, the property is perfect inside, and the location is everything we need for our lifestyle. From the time we walked in, it felt like we belonged! Tequan kicked off the tour and available anytime we had questions, Miss Jordan walked us through the process, and Amazing (Yes! That's her name), gave us the key! Indeed they are a Team! I love the community. For me , it is good that I don't have to take my trash. I really enjoy the calendar. It let you when somethin is going on. Also even tho there is a dog park, sadly I'm just not fond of pets. But, over all I love it here

Walls are too thin. Constant wifi problems. Valet trash doesn’t come when they are supposed to but we pay monthly for them to do so. Apartment layout is awesome, neighborhood is great. Not enough parking!

I've loved it. Jordan and the staff are kind and communicative. They are helpful and the gym is right across from me which is excellent. My son has medical concerns and having an apartment on the ground floor is vital to bring in his medical equipment plus groceries is beyond helpful and necessary.

My husband and I are downsizing from our four bedroom home and we have been on the prowl for months searching for the perfect home! The decision hasn’t been easy especially now that we have a one year old. There were a ton of factors we needed to consider! Jordan has been absolutely amazing through the entire process! Recently moved to Georgia and I found this apartment while it was still in construction. So being one of the first residents to move in was so rewarding as an introvert and the space is great for me and my husband . Even with being close to a train track, I barely hear it. The team really goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are okay. Jordan is the best property manager I’ve ever encountered. I did my whole process virtually and the level of professionalism I received was incredible. I had sooo many questions and concerns and she literally walked with me every step of the way and I couldn’t have been more grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

The property looks to offer all the modern amenities once it fully opens. I had considerations regarding the price to space ratio. Also, I questioned the security of the units in terms of construction. The train tracks running nearly right up against the property was another factor for me. However, there is a GREAT leasing agent on site there. Jordan was VERY attentive to my questions and correspondence throughout my focus there. She was discreet, professional and really went to bat for me when I declined their application acceptance. The apt. complex I decided to move into didn't seem to approach her level.
