These apartments are pretty solid my favorite thing about this place is the atmosphere, is so peaceful anytime of the day. I live in a two bedroom, and it’s a pretty nice fit, room is very is very spacious.

If I could a zero star, I definitely would. This apartment is literally the worst of the worst. They have roach infestation issue that they refuse to fix. They have a security issue, peoples cars being broken in and tires being stolen everyday. These people do not care about people all they care about is making money. If something does not profit they they do not take it seriously. If they have to spend money to fix an issue just know it will definitely not get fixed. They raise rent all the time try to find ways to make money whatever way they can but adding whatever additional expenses they can get away with.

The office staff are wonderful; going WELL above and beyond to assist and create a welcoming atmosphere, maintenance as well. We moved from a newly built 2 br house. I thought I was going to handle it badly, but I must say I Love It Here! Beautiful apartment. Lovely grounds. Warm, friendly neighbors. Did I mention the apartment is beautiful? (smiling) This shall certainly be a place to call home long after the lease ends. Thank you truly everyone in the leasing office and maintenance. You all made our move pleasurable, C. and L. Reno

Do not recommend. Mailboxes are getting repeatedly broken into. In my 2 month here, they have been broken into 3x. This last time was after the office finally repaired the master lock, (that had mailboxes open for a month prior, from the initial tampering and break-in.) This area has a security code before tenants can access their mailboxes, and there is a security camera, (which I can only suspect doesn’t work, since the office says they do not see anyone breaking into the mailboxes.) After a check was stolen and cashed from my mailbox, I had to rent a PO Box from my local post office. Glad I did, since even their replacement master lock hasn’t deterred the thief. Another issue is the trash- while each tenant pays a monthly trash fee, the complex only has 2 trash containers that are disgusting and full most of the time. I’ve lived in less expensive and more secure apartments; this isn’t one I will be renewing, after my 1st year is up. Very disappointing.

The staff in the office are amazing, friendly and helpful ladies! The complex is a smaller community and right off 45! Neighbors are friendly and I love having the pool and gym!

So far I really like living here, it is right off 45 so easy access to basically everything I need but tucked back far enough that I don't hear highway noise. I was worried about hearing noise from Topgolf as well, because they are so close but I can't hear that either. The office employees were able to work with me on a tight schedule, they had me approved for the apartment really fast and moved in the next week which was great. So far it is quiet and clean here and I am satisfied.

My awful experience is just one of many as you will see here in these comments. Me and My S/O moved into the apartments almost on a whim as he was moving closer to his job. I was newly pregnant and had one bad experience after another. Service was inept and slow. Always tacked on charges on bills things that made no sense. Routinely missed our garbage pickup which was out on time. They charged us water and electricity "Activation fees"(we called our utility companies and *paid* to have them activated ourselves). My S/O who is handy Foolishly trying to be nice installed a nicer and bigger tub. suprise suprise they charged us 600 dollars. Come to find out they left the nicer tub after we left. When we left we paid an extra month (our last months rent on lease) to leave early because I was due with our first child any day. We talked to the manager SANDY and she assured us if we left the apartment in good standing we would get our whole deposit of $998.00 back. My S/O went back and cleaned our apartment for a few days consecutively after work and took pictures. Everything was perfect. Pm me for proof pics! MY S/O left the leftover cleanser and wipes on the counter (for whoever was gonna clean i assume) left a fresh sack of fire logs next to the fireplace and left our washer dryer in the laundry room (Hopefully to help the next tenant). I emailed and relinquished the apartment thinking all was well and not having time to return for a walk through said they could go ahead. A few weeks later in the mail we received a check for a whopping 8 dollars! My S/O stormed in demanding an explanation from Sandy who had brought fraudulent pictures of her own. Just one example is pictures they took after they poured purple soda or something all over the cleaned fridge! we dont even drink soda...They took a picture of our perfectly good washer/dryer which had a rust spot and charged us for moving it out. Also charged 75 bucks to remove cleaning supplies as trash removal. And then double charged a counter cleaning charge for the same supplies. And a whole host of other trumped up charges. To top it off Sandy and her helper threatened to call the police on My S/O. The silver lining is a week later we were setting in to out nice new place with our new baby. DO NOT ever move here!!!!! They are a dying complex, that are clearly pricing themselves out of the market.

The staff is so polite and the place is beautiful love the gym and how the leasing office takes care of arriving packages. ???? Eveything is close to the property. from food, home depot to top golf right in front.

2 closets!! Plus a walk-in coat closet. Laundry room and high ceilings. Community is peaceful and family friendly. Cannot hear my neighbors TVs or garbage disposals...awesome ! Close to all the shopping and schools. Great staff too.

Just moved in seems to be clean and up keep very well

This is a great apartment for the customer service and if you want to get to work on time being right off the free way and easily accessible. It has a great night life with top golf being right across the street is a great place to relax and have a few drinks and hit some golf balls with friends. the complex has a nice pool a 24 hour weight room and a great maintenance crew that are very personable a friendly overall very good complex with wonderful people and is pleasing to the eye.
