Best place to live here’s why! The main entrance is beautiful, there’s coffee available at anytime! Security at all times. There’s a gym available 24/7, plus every floor has an entertainment center! If you invite your friends and family over you have a theater, game rooms for days, that’s amazing! It’s impossible to be bored led alone the roof top! The designer that put together the roof top and lounge room did excellent! The minute you walk in, the first thing you see is that stunning view looking over the whole Hartford! Can you imagine in the morning or at night!! Maintenance and management team are always on point if there’s an issue they get right to it! Oh and there’s washer and dryer in your apartment so like I said you won’t need to leave your building at all unless your going to work! Perfect place to live!!

I do like the property. It’s very clean and the maintenance team is great, shout out to Robert and his hard working team. I do wish the amenity spaces were accessible to residents whenever 24 hours as we are paying for amenities here basically. I feel like if people seek to live on the 10th, 11th, or 12th floor then it should be at their own risk considering the potential because there is a rooftop for everyone to enjoy; those floors don’t own it. If you don’t like noise then you shouldn’t be all the way near the rooftop. Any other state I’ve lived in from Miami or downtown LA; they would never cut off hours for rooftop access because of noise complaints. It’s DOWNTOWN Hartford for gods sake. But anyway, outside of that it’s pretty chill. The gym is nice and people are friendly for the most part.

Spectra is downtown living at its finest. Great location nearby to Bushnell park, theatres, restaurants, etc. Just renewed for our 3rd year here. We wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Hartford!

It has been a pretty great experience. Great people in the building. The rooftop is awesome. The gym is great. A few items have been stolen over time in the gym. Also the package room can become a mess sometimes and a better system could be put in place for that. Great environment and a great location in downtown Hartford!

m nervous that I won’t fit in. What if my neighbors are cooler? What if I do something wrong? I will say, this is the first apartment I’ve lived in without upstairs noise. So, that’s pretty cool.

Its a renovated place that is close to the park and good amenities. Every year the rent gets more expensive (but that is inflation for you). Most of the handymen, janitors, and security guards are very nice. Wish the building would fix the way you can reserve amenities for private event since you never really know if a resident has reserved the space until you stumble into the amenity and there is a party going on. It can make it hard to plan/invite a couple of friends over to spend time in the rooftop since you have to hope there is no activity going on. Some things are forced upon us (the wifi and electricity provider) and the wifi in the public areas can be spotty. But all in all its mostly quiet and peaceful. Be aware you will hear the police/fire sirens from Hartford every night so if you are a light sleeper beware.

So far I love living here. Residents are friendly and quiet and there are lots of dog owners. I wish the amenity spaces were 24/7, we can’t use the movie theater after 10pm. Which doesn’t make sense since it’s in the basement.

The building is generally clean, with nice apartments. I've been with this company for a few years and find the apartments comfortable and well-maintained. Occasionally, you can smell odors through the vent Smoking isn't permitted, but if you encounter it, you can easily report it to upper management.

Very convenient and nice move-in experience! A variety of amenities to choose from - looking forward to explore more leisure time in downtown Hartford!
In regards to the facility itself, it is incredible, the lobby, gym, cinema, dance studio, rooftop deck and other amenities are certainly worthy of 4-5 stars. The location as well, being in the heart of downtown is perfect, and living in Spectra will provide all the basics and comfort you are looking for in an apartment, however that's about where my compliments end. The leasing company/office, while all incredibly nice people, are not great at following up on any issues/questions that you may pose them, I need to email/call multiple times regarding the same question/issue until I get a response back. Additionally, the price seems a bit unjustified considering how often amenities are not maintained/broken, and while I understand that this could be normal with lots of residents using it, this doesn't seem to be the case, as certain amenities will remain broken for months with no indication of whether it is getting fixed or not, which is a large part of what we as residents pay for.

Very quiet which is surprising for being located downtown. Plenty of spaces throughout to sit and read or have company. Price is decent. The washer and dryer are small and not the best but much better than having to go anywhere to do laundry.

We moved into Spectra Park 1.5 years ago. After realizing we weren't utilizing our second bedroom, we moved into a one bedroom in Spectra Pearl. Both properties have unique units that seem to cover most anyone's requirements for apartment living. The utilization of the minimal square footage makes for efficient space for a single person or minimalist couple of people. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived here since March of 2020. I wish I never would have to leave but eventually I will, rent keeps increasing (due to market value) but the space is so small and I will eventually outgrow it. But other than that. Beautiful building, nice amenities, great staff, quiet building. They keep everything nice and clean. When you have maintanance issues they are speedy on fixing it, I love that. I’ve had an all around great experience in all my years of living here. I feel confident in knowing that this building will be upkept very well for years to come.

Location is great. Even if you don't have a car, it is very close to all the bus routes. The amenities are well maintained and nice. I think the apartments are a bit small but all the amenities compesate that. It is not too loud. My overall experience has been great, staff is really friendly and responsive.

Always something to do, not too loud, easy walking to events and restaurants and easy to walk park. Quick access to farm stands and a short drive away from BDL.

Been here about three years. So far everything has been great. No issues with heat electricity or water. Great amenities to choose from when you are bored. The staff who work at the leasing office are pretty quick to answer anything when you email/call or visit them.
