Spectra Park

My experience has been good. I love my view and I have a lot of space. I’ve been here for two years. I wish they would offer long time residents discounts on rent at renewal or if they renew early.

Property Managers are super attentive! Can’t wait to host my daughter’s baby shower in the rooftop lounge. The space is amazing and the views are gorgeous!

Nice clean building , good amenities , helpful maintenance staff .dryer / Washing machine needs update , window shades needs to be black out specially in the bedroom so early morning light is blocked .

Clean shared spaces , friendly and helpful maintenance team , good location , but appliances are now old they need to be renewed specially the washing machine and dish washer .

Overall the building is not bad, the prices for what you get and the area do seem a bit high. The office staff answers when they feel like it, can make getting in touch frustrating.

Unfortunately I am only gonna give Spectra park 1 star. We applied online, with all the necessary documentation that was required, on Friday th 17 of May we signed the lease online plus paying what was required of us. Saturday th 18 of May at 6.39am, we got a email saying “welcome to spectra Park” with a link so we could make a account, logging in, see the lease, our name plus unit number made us think we are good Monday morning May 20th, we get a email from the leasing company saying unfortunately they had to deny us the apartment!! After we got the lease plus available unit number plus paying half rent, application fee and rental insurance (you have to do that before even getting into spectra park even tho we have rental insurance from Progressive) then we get denied!!! What kind of reverse thing is this? We wrote to the management multiple times to get an explanation no response , comes to find out the denial was because of a background check of something that happened 30 years ago, the management wasn’t even born then! Lol! and confronted them with why go so long back, no answer, no explanation + made a dispute. And getting back the refund for what we paid is even a bigger joke! 18 days passed now and we just got the refund. In a check! Date May 30th and not May 20th as they first said. What a shame!

Great experience, would highly recommend these apartments for anyone living in downtown Hartford. Quality staff, great amenities and one of the only affordable unit is with in unit washer and dryer.

The move in was smooth . Ania helped to move in on a weekend . The Eversource confirmation letter is a must to have document before moving in .

never had a problem here easy access to the downtown area of Hartford many buses running all around I love it here whenever something breaks repairs will be done within seconds

Moved here in January, so far it's been a great experience. Helpful front office, kind maintenance, my questions are answered in a timely matter. I really have been enjoying my time here so far. The amentities are on par with my expectations, some even exceeding them!

Clean , nice amenities , nice gesture and events for residence , maintenance staff so friendly and helpful but they do not speak and understand English very well which makes communication difficult , office staff a bit rude sometimes .

The management is not the best. They can be rude and not helpful. There is a charge for everything - it is a very corporate business and not welcoming.

Spectra Park is a wonderful place to live - have been here over 10 years. The location is terrific and the staff are all very professional and responsive. I’d highly recommend the building to anyone interested in living in downtown Hartford.

Spectra Park is a great place to live, very quiet within the apartments, lots of amenities, and fun events scheduled as well. Great location in downtown Hartford.

Spectra Park is well kept and the maintenance staff seems to be qualified. They respond quickly to any apartment issues that need to be addressed. The location of the building could not be beat in downtown Hartford. Having lived in many multi-family buildings over the years I would rate this building's apartments as being quite quiet.

Nice building and good location. Amenities in the park building could be better maintained. Amenities in the pearl building are good but can’t really walk there if studying in business center at night just to get a coffee or print a paper

Great and maintenance responds to concerns in a timely manner. They are also kind, friendly and respectful. The amenities are clean and organized. The cleaning company is exceptional and hard working.

I’ve been living at Spectra Park for 10 years & love it there. The management & maintenance staff are always professional & responsive. The location downtown is ideal - it’s wonderful having Bushnell Park right across the street. And what’s better than having Salute restaurant in the building! I would highly recommend Spectra Park to anyone.

Overly expensive but no really complaints. Great location and decent amenities. Fast maintenance service and polite leasing agents makes living here stress free

I just renewed my lease for another 8 months. What I appreciate most about the property is the cleanliness, location, and quiet and peaceful neighbors. Having Salute downstairs is a major perk.

I love my apartment- it is the perfect size, location, amenities, and appliances are great and updated. Sometimes it is hard to reach the leasing office and I’ve had a few situations that have been resolved. Overall very happy with the building

Staff was helpful and friendly. Fellow residents were polite and welcoming during move-in. Apartment is clean and there were no unexpected complications. (Move-in review)

Love the housing. It’s quiet and the amenities are great. Friendly neighbors in all buildings. Great location to walk to get really good food.

Nice apartments , clean environment , many amenities available, secure, well maintained , lovely and helpful staff, . But I wish windows open wider to air the house , and Better quality of washing machine mailing room always a mess package never found where they suppose to be. but otherwise love the place .

I really enjoy spectra. I’ve had no problem with neighbors or trying to contact maintenance people. The areas has lots to do around it. My only complaint is the parking. Additionally, the expectations for cleaning for move out seem to be a lot.

Amenities is amazing , a lot things to do, like ping-pong , snooker,chess, VR games. Also the rooftop is my favorite part of the building. I really enjoy it.

Wonderful Bushnell Park view and excellent amenities! It does take a bit of walk to the parking garage from my building, but that's all about the cons, everything else is great! Love this place!

Great place to live! Rent isn't too bad, amenities are solid, kind of hard to contact leasing and management, but that's my only complaint. Other than that, it was a fun year living here.

The location is great, with easy access to public transportation. The building itself is well-maintained and clean. Inside the apartment, I found everything to be in excellent condition. The appliances are all working perfectly. The building also offers some great amenities, like a fitness center and a rooftop terrace with amazing views. I can imagine spending a lot of time up there, enjoying the sunshine and fresh air in summers.

A great safe place to live. Very clean and quiet. Tons of amenities! Maintenance is very responsive as is the leasing office. Getting in and out is very convenient as there is less traffic on that side of Trumbull street.

Horrible management, please do not rent here The management will always hold you liable, for every possible reason, always reply to every distress/complaint with "You will be Liable". So Rent at your own Risk!!
