The Sovereign is the polished gem it was meant to be!After a full renovation completed in 2017, this 1922 beauty has been elevated to the grace and luster that it was designed to be. Those who appreciate the depth of Portland's history and love the opulence of a gorgeous city scape will enjoy the Sovereign. Each studio has been meticulously styled with new cabinetry, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances and warm lighting. The plank styled flooring is complimented by warm paint tones and unique window treatments. These lead to the spacious living areas and the soaring 9 foot ceilings; well lit by the French door windows that open to the balconettes. Much has been updated; but the restyling only enhances the original features. In keeping with the tradition, we have maintained the features that make old world charm a delight. The original subway tile still exists in most baths along with the deep tub and coin flooring tile. Pedestal sinks are in keeping with the style of the original china sinks. Many of these studios feature dressing rooms with the original armoires built in to provide a generous space for your wardrobe. With apartments starting on the 5th floor of the building and rising to the 9th, each studio has an aerie view of downtown Portland. The lights of the theatre district up Broadway are scintilating at night. Overlooking the ornate steeple to the north is reminiscent of architecture in many cities of Europe. Lofty views to the east and south highlight the lovely Portland skyline.Every studio is unique with many different floorplans and views. Which one will be your favorite? Reserve your urban Pied-a-Terre today!

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
