Southfield Apartments is wonderful! Each apartment style is unique and has a great style! The staff that works here is absolutely wonderful! They are extremely helpful and willing to stop everything theyre doing to accommodate you. Their friendliness and professionalism is unmatched by any other facility. If you havent checked this place out, you absolutely must do it! Your apartment comes with pool access and a 24hr gym! Some apartments actually have a wood burning fire place as well! Definitely check this place out, you wont be upset!
My children and I really enjoy living here! We just renewed our lease and are happy to be here. The pool is wonderful and never crowded and our home has been very well maintained.

I recently moved at this apartment and have a wonderful experience. The space is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light and a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is clean which make it easy to cook meals, and the living area is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bedroom is spacious and the bathroom was spotless with great water pressure. I enjoy the overall peacefulness and safety that the community provides. The management & maintenance office generally move with a sense of urgency and are intentional about keeping us residents informed and on one accord. It also a very aesthetically pleasing neighborhood and has well kept landscaping.

The area around the apartments is clean and for the most part quiet. The no smoking policy is wonderful. All of my interaction with staff have been pleasant. Overall, intbe short time I've been back I've felt very welcomed. I've noticed very little change since I lived here in the late 1990’s, which is nice.

The leasing office made it a seamless process, however our first night here and there is constant rumbling coming from the apartment above us as late as 11pm at night on a weekday.

I enjoy living at Southfield apartments very much! The White Marsh Mall is quite nice along with the Venue plaza. If you don’t feel like driving, you can walk to the library or the shopping mall. I love the area!

My time here has been pretty good overall. There has been a change in up keep with trash in the parking lot and all over the lawn. It has changed some over the years with the residents not quite as relaxing. But my unit is still great been here a few years and my experience overall pretty good living. My rating has come down due to the kids on complex no control.

It’s been ok, nothing to bad. In the beginning the maintenance men had to keep coming out for the same issues. Other then that they come right away when something needs fixing.

I really like living here. I've been here for 3 years. The staff has always been helpful and supportive. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently plus there is never any mess. The Community is clean and well managed. Any issues that arise seem to get a very prompt and efficient response.

The place is cool and better than most apartment complexes. However, there are too many issues with their appliances and the staff just isn’t fully equipped for resolving them yet.

I just moved about a month ago, and I love this property so far. It quiet, the maintenance men are very nice, the area stays clean. I look forward to the summer season when I can sit on my patio and enjoy the quietness.

I like living here. Maintenance staff is great and friendly, office staff is good too, so far. Property is well kept (except there are some buildings that may need a bit of power washing and areas of the community that trash needs to be picked up). There are also a lot of preventative maintenance that they do every so often like dryer vent cleanings, filter, smoke detector changes, etc. which was truly helpful and keeps the resident's mind at peace.

This is a great community. Luxury apartment experience without the luxury prices. Such an elegant place to live in. Apartments are clean. Bath tub, toilets, floors and cabinets are clean and well maintained.

The move in process at Southfield has been extremely easy, Taylor in the leasing office was amazing. The unit was clean, with very little issues that needed to be addressed. 10/10 I believe i made the right choice!

It’s been good for the two weeks that I’ve been here so far. Very quiet and I love that the gym is 24/7 makes it great for me for my work. Everyone seems nice and I felt very welcomed.

So nice I came back to reside here after moving away 6 yrs ago. Of course everyone has their own opinion and experiences, Personally this is the best well kept apartment community I've lived. Management and Maintenance are wonderful and very responsive. When I lived here few years ago Allie and Jamie were awesome to my surprise Jamie was leaving the week I arrive and Allie was promoted to Property Manager, way to go Allie ?? The property is clean the buildings are clean and I can come home after a long day of noise and complaints to peace and quiet which I adore. I'm baccck!!!!!!

I love the location, and the peace and quiet. Quick access to major highways, plus short distance to most shopping needs. Staff is very friendly and maintenance has been very quick to respond when needed
