Property Ratings at Southdale Parc Apartments
The staff is very very friendly, Becky at the woodhaven office is so helpful and kind. And Mo is a great handyman, the buildings are always kept in such good condition because of him. Whenever something is out of order they are on top of it, and the issue is fixed ASAP! I’m very content with where I am, it’s a good place to be. :)
I have lived at Southdale Parc Apartments for almost a year. It is a nice apartment complex and my unit overlooks the local parK which I love. My apartment is nothing fancy but for what I pay it is clean and in good condition. Also the closets are big which is a plus. The staff is friendly and the location is great for anyone wanting to use public transportation as a means of travel. I can easily get to work, the store, the mall,the gym, and Uptown by bus. I don't think I will live in this complex for years but for right now it is the perfect fit and I am happy to live here.
Southdale Parc is a quiet complex with great accessibility to shopping, entertainment, and the different highways to get through or out of the cities. Some amenities could be better but it's a decent enough for what your paying in rent. Good place for one person/couple just getting used to the area or starting out on their own.
Living in the Southdale Parc apartments isn't an amazing experience but it's decent enough. The managers are honest and want to be as helpful as possible in all situations. From moving into the buildings for the first time to if you're try to put in a repair request, the managers want to help as best they can. The interior/common area's are kept in decent shape by in-house staff but you or your neighbors' personal habits lead into how well everything is kept clean and fresh in the building. The main negatives about the complex comes down to building amenities. This is just a review of my building (2720) in general so things may be different in the other two buildings. There is supposed to be extra storage on the first floor of each building but there is no way to regulate who uses how much of the extra storage. The other major negative is that there is supposed to be a picnic area on the property but all we have is an old campground grill and a picnic table on a narrow strip of land. You really can't beat the location to entertainment, dining, and shopping you get for the price of rent though. Everything from major shops to convenience stores are within a short walk/drive and there's highway access on all sides within 3 blocks. Don't choose the complex if you're expecting to build/house a family, it's not really spacious enough for that situation. If you're on your own or have a partner you could do a lot worse than Southdale Parc Apartments.
