Very quiet Community. For the most part maintenance has been on top of their game when it comes to my request and I’m appreciative of that. My overall experience since I’ve been here 1 month has been positive. I only wish the gates would operate properly 24/7, but I’ve notice it’s not out of order long.

I am grateful to be here. This is our home. ?? I believe that God brought us here and even though they are Apartments they have become our home a place where we feel safe.

Overall a good apartment complex but the price is too high for what you get. I’ve lived here 2.5 years now so it’s nice enough to stay, but if the rent price goes up again I will reconsider. The location is great and the floor layout is ideal for me. The office staff are generally helpful and friendly and the few maintenance items I’ve requested are addressed well. There is not enough parking for all the residents and too many reserved, paid spots that aren’t used. Trash and grounds upkeep can be a problem sometimes. I have some complaints about neighbors who smoke weed and play loud music late at night, but I understand that is not the apartment managements fault and the office staff are usually understanding and try to do what they can.

Quite calm environment around the complex! Clean and neat. Safe and secure. Could do with some more lights in the common area near pool and walk ways!

Nothing earth shattering, except I feel like I’m on holiday when I get a chance to experience our beautiful pool area. It’s relaxing, serene, and a chance to meet some of our friendly neighbors.

Safe and nice apartments. Never have to wprry about noise, my car being broken into etc. Staff is nice and they throw events every month. The sprinkler system is pretty annoying and people don’t pick up their dog poop so 9/10.

The application and move-in process was seamless, and only made possible by leasing manager, Tori. The community is so welcoming and easy to come home to after a long day. You truly will call this your “home-sweet-home!”

I really enjoy living here! The amenities are nice, the property is well taken care of, and the neighbors are friendly. I feel safe and my maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner! Couldn’t ask for anything more.

The staff is amazing and extremely helpful! I love being updated with everything going on and how understanding they are about pets when people have to come in the apartments to check on things. Best experience for my first apartment ever! My puppies love it here and so does me and my husband.

Overall, I really enjoy living in Sorrento Tuscan Lakes apartments. The staff is friendly and helpful, the community is usually quiet, the location is great, the amenities are decent and they engage in a good amount of community events! I like the layout of the apartment itself too. Biggest complaints would be too few parking spaces and the recent raise in rent.

I've been living here since the end of 2020. Over the years the staff has changed and there have been minor hiccups but overall the area is really nice, safe, and kid friendly. I love the fact that Buccee's and Amoco are right next door.

I absolutely love living here. The office staff is so sweet and helpful and always goes above and beyond not only for us as residents but for the children as well. They are so awesome and so appreciated.

Sorrento is a beautiful complex on league city parkway! Clean simple landscaping still green and friendly. With great amenities. The kitchen has to mentioned for its size, excellent storage space. The apartments with attached garage is a big plus!

Sorrento Apartments are fabulous! The staff in the office is incredible and helpful and very professional always. The maintenance Staff is outstanding and on top of every request. This complex is safe and well-maintained and beautiful!

I really enjoy living in a safe clean complex. Now that I’ve gotten used to new management everythings pretty chill. Maintenance is really the star if this place. They come so quick and i never have to ask twice. 10/10.

I love it here it is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The location is great and there are a lot of shopping and food places very close. The school district is a good one and my kids have some good kids to be around. I love it here...

Resident experience has been great, I would definitely recommend moving here, office staff is amazing, food trucks almost every week and activities the community put on for us is a plus, surrounded by several restaurants and HEB is across the street.

The atmosphere is very warm and inviting! We love the area and the improvements made on our apartments. Our neighbors are friendly and quiet which is a huge plus!

I have been a resident of Sorrento for 7 years. I enjoy the location, amenities, and quietness. The leasing and maintenance team has always made us feel like family and have gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Now that the property is under new management I see so many positive changes and I look forward to seeing what is to come in the future.

We have been living here for a little over 8 years and finally felt compelled to write a review. I am only moving out due to building or own home....otherwise I'm sure we would stay forever. This apartment location has been an absolute joy to live at, extremely well taken care of by all staff. The apartment features are so great with the granite and wood-type flooring. The pool and grounds are extremely well kept with weekly landscaping. Every month they even deliver a monthly calendar with some added fun events for the residents. The maintenance staff are always so friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. Any time we've put in a maintenance request-it is always taken care of promptly. The whole staff is more like family...they always go out of their way to give a hi and welcome each time we pass through. Gene is the property manager and has always treated us with a great respect and several times has gone out of his way to make our living experience above standard. The ladies in the front office-Vivian and Loretta have truly become amazing great friends over the years...so friendly and welcoming anytime we see them. I will definitley be popping in as a guest once we move, just to visit. The location is extremely convenient to Galveston and Houston with so many great things to do. I really do not have anything negative to say in the 8 years that we have called this home, so I would definitely recommend living here if you are thinking about it.

Like the other four and five-star reviews, I am very happy living at Sorrento at Tuscan Lakes. The ladies in the office are always very friendly and helpful. I recently met the manager he seems to really care as well. The pool is always clean and the grounds well taken care of. I look forward to enjoying the new outdoor grill soon. Valet trash is also a plus. The location is great and living across the street from a Buc-ee's is very convenient. I look forward to live many years here at Sorrento.

I give these apartments zero stars. Not because of the current residents or poor maintenance but because of their management. To be more specific, their assistant manager. To live in a luxury apartment complex, paying as much as I do, I at least expect to be treated with a little dignity by the office staff. The assistant manager seems to know everyone's business and has no problem gossiping about it to whomever will listen. She is rude, quick to judge, and has a way of talking to you in a way that will make you feel very small very quickly. A place like this needs better management period! And the residents who fork out as much as they do DESERVE better management.

After looking for decent apartments in the Clear Lake, Webster, Kemah, Friendswood areas I was terribly disappointed until I found Sorrento at Tuscan Lakes. These apartments are excellent. From the staff in the office to the pool and outdoor kitchen that is being built it couldn't be better here!

I have lived here for 6 months, and I love it! Quick, effecient maintenance, friendly staff, and a beautiful complex overall. A lovely pool, reflection pool with fountains surrounded by an outdoor fireplace, and an atrium that is heated during the winter. Upscale living inside and out!

The apartments are really nice with large tubs and granite counters. a 2 bedroom which i am in now is barely enough room for a family of 4. The tall ceilings are extremely nice which give it an open feeling. the washer/dryer are full size. the storage options are minimal unless you want to rent a garage too. The grounds are well kept and very clean. The pool is a great place to relax while taking the kids to have some fun. I have never had a problem with the pool being dirty as they keep up on the maintenance religiously. I had to call on maintenance on only 1 problem in 3 months with a faulty ice maker in the refrigerator, they were prompt and courteous. Overall, a very nice place to live and based on the area, these apartments seem to be on average with the prices i've seen in the area.
