The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Solo at North Bergen
I want to share my experience living in this apartment over the past year and my recent checkout experience. First, the materials used (paint, flooring, windows, and blinds) are of low quality, as confirmed by a maintenance worker. Second, we scheduled an inspection before checking out, and the staff informed us that everything looked fine. However, the leasing office later charged us $200 for so-called broken blinds and $150 for a cleaning fee. More ridiculously, the leasing office claimed that the inspection staff's assessment was invalid because he has since been fired. Had I been informed about the broken blinds beforehand, I could have fixed them or scheduled maintenance before checking out. Despite sweeping and cleaning the floor, we were still charged a cleaning fee. I hope that future tenants should be careful and better avoid this apartment.

Currently moved here from another apartment building in Jersey city, they offer the best location easy access to everything, light rail is literally a few steps away! Parking is great and available for tenants for a cost ofcourse! Pet friendly too!

Solo at North Bergen is a great place to live. I looked for more than 10 apts around here and I'm very satisfied with my choice. They've got excellent customer service, building and outside buildings are always clean and have great amenities. The management runs the property very well. They also have really great leasing agents. Cora is always super helpful and honest.

Not that I am a tenant or even thinking about living here. But from visiting my friend countless of times, there is never any parking. How do you only have 10 spots for guests to park? When you have 3 buildings full of tenants. Apparently they do not have other options, as security says you have to park somewhere else. (Past review says they have other options???) The only parking that is empty next to SOLO is light rail parking. Please do not park there as your car might get towed. There are many empty parking spots, but ONLY 10 parking spots for guests. If you host a lot of people in your home, look elsewhere.. and yes this is a real review. You do not need to reply with the same thing you say to everyone with a 1 star review. Thank you.
Do not move here! I moved here few weeks ago and regret that decision since day one! I rented a unit in a new building which has a huge pipping problem and make crazy loud noises when someone in any floors does laundry! I wish I could attach a video here so you could see how crazy this is! Anyways, I called them many times and requested a maintenance service, finally they showed up but couldn't fix anything!!! apparently they messed up when building the whole building!! Beside this, the gym is supper small and has no equipment, also commute is horrible to downtown! this property is grossly over priced! I made that stupid mistake and you shouldn't!
Between the cops being called multiple times, the then increasing our rent $500 with the renewal, I wouldn’t recommend this place. They never put in the dog park they promised, and we were never reimbursed for our hotel stay due to our move in getting delayed because they couldn’t get the power turned on. When we moved out, there were at least 5 other tenants moving out as well. I would stay far away from this place.
Save your MONEY & TIME! Do NOT waste your time here. It’s a game for the developer who promised to give a special, the one & ONLY special which was an “early move-in” there is no such thing. Our move-in date has gotten pushed back numerous times. Since June 2021 and we are now in mid-July. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.
