Love this place Oscar Luis and Charlie are amazing! They are able to help with any situation with a great attitude.

Slow Response Took 6 days and two notifications to get my toilet fixed. Been here almost 5 yrs and that's the slowest response I've ever had.

Outstanding community A beautiful community. Pet friendly. Small complex. Very friendly people.

Fantastic place to live! Sofi Belmont Glen has it all! Beautifully maintained apartments, pool, bbq, gym and lots of places to kick back and relax. We’re lucky to have a manager who’s professional, friendly, and really cares. I highly recommend this place that really feels like home.

The company that owns this property is terrible. They nickel and dime you for everything and have horrible customer service.

I would not recommend this unit because there were trees and dead shrubs that obstructed the full view.

I would say the place is great but they will hike up the rent quite a bit each year so be prepared to pay a lot more or you will have to move all over again. Nice place though if you can afford it .

Overall the experience was very positive. We had brand new, renovated apartment with ammenities. A pretty quiet building, and attentive management. Highly recommend.

First of all, Charlie the manager has been very helpful from day one. He paid attention to my needs and found me the right apartment within my budget. He was prompt to answer all of my questions and he was very helpful with all of the paper work. The common areas are very clean and the maintenance crew is always at work.

EVERYTHING ARE EXCELLENT EXCEPT THE RENT AMOUNT WHICH IS A LITTLE BIT TOO HIGH.

There is a lot of noise coming from different sides. Noise from the pool (even regular conversation) increased dramatically because of the building structure. Some people have small dogs which outside producing a lot of noise, and sometimes that happened in 6-7 am or 10-11 pm. Even closed windows and balconies don't help. Every day, some people bring dogs to the pool area, which is forbidden by the signed agreement. The walls are thick. In my apartment, I hear how people are walking on the top floor. Meanwhile, office personnel could improve the situation by forcing discipline around rules signed within agreement: a) pets should not be allowed in a pool; b) quite hours stars 10 pm.

maintenance is only part of the equation. Maintenance can't make the walls thicker, but they do a nice job keeping it clean and responding quickly, hence the 7.

Noise is a big problem. Im on the lat floor so I make a lot of noise for my neighbors downstairs. Ive lived in apts my whole life and this is the only place that noise is a very big issue. The sound proofing/quality of the floor is very lacking. The renovations was only cosmetic. My good neighbors had to leave because of mold problem that wasnt well resolved by the management. Im affraid to recommend this apt for someone and they eventually have provlems with either noise or mold.

At the moment, I think this apartment fits a niche between people who need somewhere ?nice? to live and someone who wants every possible amenity. I would only recommend it to that subset of friends and only if they worked close to here.

The Glen has really been a great place to live. The apartments are all completely refurbished. The amenities are perfect; gym, pool, barbeque area, and underground parking. The property is well maintained and the building manager is terrific. All of the neighbors are also very friendly, pleasant and quiet. I would definitely recommend this to anyone moving into the area.

WARNING to any prospective renters at the Glen: This rental company has some very unethical practices. When we were renting our unit we were promised rental increases less than 2-3% historically, when it came time to renew they increased the rent by over 12% in less than 9m. We're now learning that we are not the only ones, constant churn & vacancies. Nice building shame about the company that owns the property.
